I have come there to have a great time to sing, but the man playing the songs didn't want me to sing, he barely played one of the songs that I have written, then told me that he isn't going to play any of the songs for me and that I can't sing there. I didn't even drink alcohol, I was sober, so I didn't do anything rude nor strange, so his behaviour was unreasonable!! And horrible! Later, he told me that I am 'imbecil'?!! Horrible experience!! I was of a good opinion about this place, but not anymore!!! I left crying cause I didn't sing any songs except for 1, the whole entire evening!! Very disappointed!!! I am attaching the photo...

If you are looking for having a nice cocktail, this is not the right place. Run away!!! The barmaid was just unwelcoming, didn't want to serve me a cocktail with out giving to me a reason, talking to me without looking at me and sighing when I asked questions about other alternatives to a cocktail. Finally, we took 3 beers and one glass of wine. I needed the bill but she didn't wanted to give it to me, one more time without reason. Simple: the only and worst bar experience in Madrid ever. It's a shame because the place is nice but this specific employee was just rude and make this place a bar...

Was planning to go to a language exchange here until I pulled up the reviews and saw the OWNER’s nasty responses to people who had less than good experience. Rather than attempting to take feedback and make an environment better, the nasty character of who runs this place shows. So off putting. I’ll just keep going to other language exchanges with better inclusive environment, who have kinder, more mature owners. Hope you take this review and do something different.
