VIPS — Restaurant in Madrid

It is a great mystery, how a restaurant in one of the most exclusive streets, in a capital city, IN EUROPE. That waitresses do not speak one word of English. I respect that some people don’t take their elementary school serious, but after translating everything into Spanish, they still got our order wrong Twice. We kindly explained to the girl, that we do not eat pork, yet pork was served, Twice. I wonder what the case would be, if we were allergic to some of the ingredients.

The burger buns were cold on both burgers rock hard and falling apart while trying to eat it. The meat was not seasoned, and only mildly seared, it was raw in the mid section, all the way through.

On top of everything we waited 20 minutes, to be able to get the bill and pay for this discomforting food we was served, because the waiters/waitresses was avoiding us, because they didn’t speak English. There was five other customers, so it weren’t because they were that busy, with 3 waitresses chit chatting and having a laugh, even though we called for...

this must be one of the most disappointing vips I have been so far. I have been visiting this place for a few weeks now during my lunch and I must say I have formerly made a complaint to club vips about it but there is so much management can do apparently. I have observed a complete lack of organization when it comes to serve you and a disruptive long time to serve your food at a timely fashion... I only have about a hour to eat and a few times I left this place without finishing my lunch due to lack of time. The las time I have been there my food arrived cold and I complained... They brought it back very quickly as they thought it would be a good idea to Re-heat the plate in microwave... I complained again that now the chicken filet was dry and the fresh fries also... Even so the garçon tried to convince me this was normal and there was little they could do.... I got a bit much upset and after a few words I convinced them to redo it again... Just awfully...
