I’ve visited this restaurant twice, and unfortunately, both times involved issues with the reservation process and poor treatment by the staff at the entrance—specifically the man and woman responsible for seating guests. They were consistently rude and unhelpful.

Most recently, we made our booking through Google Maps, which redirected us to the restaurant’s official website. At no point were we given an option to choose between indoor or terrace seating—only terrace was available. Upon arrival, the hostess insisted that our reservation was for indoor seating. I even opened their website again in front of her to show that the system does not allow selecting indoor tables—there’s simply no way this could have been a mistake on our end.

To prove the point further, I selected a far future date in the booking system to demonstrate that indoor seating is not even offered when availability is wide open. (Note: the bookings weren’t under my name.) I’ve attached a screenshot as evidence.

Despite all this, she insisted we accept a table directly under a mist sprayer, which made the experience extremely uncomfortable. There was no effort to accommodate or even acknowledge the issue.

On a positive note, the waiters and waitresses inside were polite and professional, and the shisha attendant was the only one who truly stood out with his excellent attitude. Sadly, the unwelcoming and dismissive behavior at the door overshadowed the rest...

Gaudy and tacky, uncomfortable to remember, but great for your instagram pics if that is what you are into. No professionalism and no idea how to serve food and offer the experience they promise with their advertising and price.

Very bad food. First, as a Lebanese I can say nothing resembles even remotely the look, taste or feeling of Lebanese food. Second, the ribs were dry and cold, the lamb was dry, the shrimps were bad quality and not as described. No professionalism. Food came out cold and dry. A waiter dropped a fork full of oil on a friend's pants, and the restaurant was unwilling and unable to offer any kind of sollution. The shows are ridiculous. The drum performance any 5 year old can play drums the same way. I could not even believe that was what was going on. I give 2 stars because of the dancer. She was...

I don’t get how this place is so well rated. I got there after looking to their rating and the food photos. Once I arrived it happens to be that they are not serving falafel or shawarmas any more… but they are serving now the same as in 90% of the restaurants in Madrid: croquetas, octopus, etc etc.

I would advise the management to remove all the old photos of the food as the concept of the restaurant has changed. Other than that 24 EUR for a sampler of Hummus is quite expensive, and the show of the lady dancing for 5 minutes every hour is not something that really adds much.

Regarding making a reservation, I would not do it anymore. They ask you to secure it with a credit card and the place on a Friday was not really at capacity. It’s a very harsh way to secure the reservations for the guests when you don’t even have a...

Overrated restaurant, high prices, loud music and tasteless food. To be honest we were expecting more from this place but expectations always must be low to avoid surprises. The food in general was a 5 of 10, it was served quick but quantities are small and the taste was just fine. I think this restaurant its good for a preparty mood were you just want to eat pasta with music and move forward. Environment was decent but you will end up hating loud ariabian house music. Bill for 9 was more than 400€. The service was fine. I’m sure I won’t come back again as I was hungry 30 minutes after dinner…
