Awful service! The waiter unwillingly took our order and literally threw the utencils/ condiments on our tables, as well as a bottle of water with no glass to drink from. We ordered the same dish that we always order (and have been ordering for the past two years), and it came out extremely vinegary, to the point that I couldn't eat it. We called the waiter and explained that the dish wasn't the way it usually is and instead of fixing it or bringing a new one, two of the waiters tried convincing us that it's exactly the way it usually is. I waited a bit for the dish to cool so I could try it again, but it was still extremely acidic and I again called the waiter, who then brought the girl who supposedly made it AND SHE LITERALLY YELLED AND ARGUED WITH ME IN FRONT OF EVERYONE, BEING COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE, FOR 2 STRAIGHT MINUTES saying that she "ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT FIX IT". I didn't end up eating it, and waited for the second dish to come, and they brought us mushroom and onion dumplings instead of the spinach ones we've ordered. Needless to say, I will never be going to this...

My friends and I went to eat and a friend of mine recommended it to us so we wanted to try it. At first impression , the place was small but acceptable ambience, then the service was quite disappointing. We asked the waitress if we can get the menu as the online menu was not working, she gave it to us but in a bad way, then we proceeded to order and We ordered the three of us soup. At first we asked the waiter which one is as we ordered 3 different soup but the two of them are kinda similar. K got my soup and started eating, I have also bitten the batata and ate the meat, suddenly the waitress ( the short hair ) came to our table and took my dish while I was taking a pic of it, without any apologies, she took it and gave me another bowl. I look at her while she was leaving our table just to find out that she took my dish ( with the bitten batata ) to another table without replacing it. I was so shock. To add on, I had a stomachache 30 min later after leaving the resto. Definitely not coming back, you don’t know how clean is the...

I have been to several Chinese this is by far the VERY BEST and I am so happy you exist!! Thank you thank you thank you!!! There is no reservation...!! So get there as soon as you figure out you want to go, as it tends to get pretty crowded. Many Chinese people are the main visitors, but there is a wide array of locals and also international people attending for the perfect food! The staff is always keen to help you and recommend, just dare to ask (haha) Prices are super fair and taste is beyond measure super delicious and tasty, hands down the best in Madrid! Try the cold soups the Xiao Long Bao is NOT TO MISS really remember my words and take action... and the spcicy soup with potato noodles is also superb!! Get delighted and enjoooyy!! Oh yes the coconut water and the tea with milk are also great, as it is obviously a good cold...

Ok guys, let me be honest… If by any chance you find yourself around Conde Duque, Madrid.. you must definetly hit this place. The Xiongzai Restaurant or better known as the “Winnie the Pooh” is absolutly amazing (in my humble opinion). The “Gotas de Pollo” (Chicken Tears) will rock your mouth, try it with the soy sauce 😉… trust me… that’s a starter. Then try out one of their exquisit and tasty Ramen. They have a variety of different ones. Also, if you are a spicy lover, then you see yourself in Nirvana 🔥 Hope you guys enjoy it!

Food was absolutely amazing. Everything was loaded with flavor and textures were excellent. Service started very slow and we were close to leaving but I’m happy it worked out. We ordered multiple dishes from different categories and the bill was amazingly cheap. Definitely our cheapest meal in Madrid. No English is spoken here and the menu is not in English so best to look at the menu and research so you know what you want. If you’re over 25 be prepared to be the oldest person in the room.
