This place has a great view.. however. We were seriously overcharged.. (over double our actual bill) We ended up with the waiter shouting at us as we would only pay for what we had actually had... then shouting after us down the stairs as we left.. a teribble and upsetting start to our holiday... from our point of view this isn't service this is attempted theft and abuse.... and my advice is to avoid going... there are lots of friendly resturants and waiters in the port.. ........................ A response to the owners comment... He mentioned facts so I will share more. ........ Yes we did move table.. once.. to an empty 2 seater table... the waiter realised within about 5 minutes.. and no one then sat at our old table while we were there.. (no view) the items added to our bill were ÀFTER our drinks... not before them.. so that's an excuse not the reason.. From his attitude.. I don't believe the waiter was confused. I think he deleberately put more items on the bill because he could.. maybe for the easy money.. or because was upset because we moved?? We politely pointed out the error when the bill arrived.. but he was aggressive and insistant... we suggested calling the police.... and world have been happy if he had done so... I was angry and upset because for me waiters are in a trusted position of recording things accurately... and it was clear to me that he was lying.. I don't like liars or thieves.... It seems that the owner. May allow his staff to do this... orrr is also the victim of being lied to directlyto his face. by the dishonest waiters in his employment. I am unsure... PS my husband never shouts... EVER!! .. at 70 he probably looked like an easy target who wouldn't check his bill.. or might be to embaressed to argue in a public place ... (i believe from the waiters confident attitude this may have worked previously) My present advice (Feb 2024) is either don't be a possible target of such abuse.. and don't go.... or. check your bill carefully.. and be prepared to argue about it if its wrong..

After an engaging tour with the Yellow Shark Submarine, we decided to indulge in some fresh seafood. This led us to a delightful dining spot, and walking up the stairs to the restaurant's upper deck offered a breathtaking view of Puerto de Mogán. The atmosphere was further enhanced by the attentive and friendly staff. Upon seeking some recommendations, our server suggested the seafood paella for me, while my wife opted for the Bluefin Tuna. We started our meal with some bread accompanied by a delectable garlic sauce. Our waiter kindly informed us that the main courses were prepared fresh, which might require some waiting time. True to their word, after about 25 minutes, our dishes arrived, steaming and vibrant. The seafood paella was nothing short of extraordinary; I daresay it was the best I’ve ever tasted. My wife was equally impressed with her perfectly cooked Bluefin Tuna. Our culinary experience was truly exceptional, and we left the restaurant highly satisfied. If you ever find yourself in this beautiful locale, a visit to this restaurant is a must—you definitely won't regret it. We wholeheartedly give it a 5-star rating!

Vorab!

Very bad service!!! As tourists, we feel so disappointed with the service of the boss . We chose this place because it was my boyfriend’s birthday, regardless of its distance and lLits high price!! We ordered two drinks and two dishes. The drinks and one dish for my boyfriend arrived and he finished it. However, after more than 30 mins, my dish still has not arrived. I was starving and started to a bit angry. The reason was that we tried to be polite to wait for the dish of fresh fish. Finally, I got completely angry with the late service. I complained to the boss. The ridiculous thing is that the boss told us that we didn’t order the dish, from his understanding and his English level! ! My god, it is Mogan !! One of the best places in the south of Gran Canaria. The boss made a mistake because he didn’t understand well English. For sure, I would be even angry with a starving stomach! You know what? The boss got angry because I complained his English. Nothing has been solved between us. The key is the boss didn’t want to listen to our complains at all. He was super angry with his clients not to tell him clearly the order in English. He even suggested us to learn Spanish well to come to his restaurant . Frankly speaking, as a boss, he should have the conscious that there must be something wrong if the clients complained. On the contrary, without any patience, got angry easily and earlier than the clients… I doubting how could his businesses goes well. Better to note outside of the...
