Aquanauta — Restaurant in Palma

We were 8 adults who booked a table for a celebration, we had dinner, eat desserts, spend 230 euro and had a good time. One friend recommended the place but when we asked for a couple of tequilas before we went home (around 22:30) the waiter tell us that we needed to leave the table in a not very nice way.

They never told us we need to leave the table at a certain time before we booked the table and after having dinner and drinks we were expecting some kind of good service.

Food is ok, certainly not genuine. Mexican food has became popular after texmex so many restaurants advertise as mexicans because they offer some ingredients but still not the real thing. Mexico is first of all known because of his kind people, good service and good food and I think here you dont really get that.

We won't come back neither recommend the place. Details are important when offering a nice customer experience. We could left the restaurant satisfied but we got deceived, the message we got was, you eat, you pay, you go.

If you want to make profit of your tables tell to your customers you need to leave after a certain time or at least tell them in a kind way.

Palma is a very touristic place so some restaurants maybe just dont care of getting satisfied customers but one time customer, anyways there will be new ones all the time.

There is always people who enjoy working and others that seems to do things because obligation....

Stopped by here for brunch as my partner and I wanted something 'fresh' for our first day in Mallorca.

We had the guacmole with tortillas and four tacos: chicken, pork, shrimp, beef.

The homemade tortilla and fresh guacamole let us now immediately that Aquanauta was serious in delivering great mexican food. My personal favourite taco was the chicken - slow, cooked, juciy and full of flavour, I've had nothing like it. My partner really enjoyed the pork. Prices are on the higher-side as four tacos and the guacamole set us back ~€35.

We visited Mallorca last year and found this hidden gem accidentally, let me tell you the reason we went back this year, this restaurant was a big part of it. The food and service is unmatched. If I could I would eat here every single day! We are so so thankful for everything, we even drove across the whole island just to have dinner here again. We ate at this restaurant twice last year and this year sadly only once because we didn’t acknowledge that on Mondays it’s closed. Best food we ever ate, we will definently return in the future (again😉), thank you for making us the best food and being the best...
