At the payement, this place includes a típ without asking for consentment. As we were trying to understand if the price we were seing was with or without tip, the waiter got annoyed and made a racist comment against French people. It’s true, France is the country of freedom, a country where you can chose the amount of the tip you want to leave regarding the service you received. A disappointing experience considering we eat regularly at this place. I ordered a burger and the bread was clearly old & hard, crumbling from the fork. When the owner or main “manager” (I guess) asked -how is it”, I voiced my disappointment and he said he was going to check in the kitchen. As hearing giggling and mentioning “duro” I finished off what I can and left the top part for them to see. After he cleared the table I asked for the bill, we got charged in full, nothing was mentioned about the hard crumbling bread, we paid and left with a bitter dry taste of a bad customer service experience. Where to start. If there was a positive a would write one, but you need to wait for the end of story. So, what you get there: 1)overpriced food, which is mediocre at best, 2)table just hanging the main streat, so if you like watching cars, good for you, 3) coffee from lavaza, which tastes like dirt, 4) pathetic effort to offer cold variants of coffee, but i bet the owner has never been abroad to know what is good cold coffee. 5)When we asked for more milk to our iced capucino, we got hot milk.
