Disappointing Experience – Ignored by Staff

We visited this restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately, we were left completely disappointed by the service. Despite the restaurant being relatively quiet, we were completely ignored from the moment we walked in. No one greeted us, offered us a seat, or even acknowledged our presence.

After sitting down for 10 minutes, hoping someone would at least offer us a drink, we received „no attention” from the staff. We felt invisible, despite the fact that the place was clearly not busy. We ended up leaving without any interaction from the staff.

Such a lack of basic customer service is unacceptable. We won’t be returning, and I hope management can address this issue to improve the experience for...

The best breakfast place we have been to during our week in Palma. Ended up going there multiple times to start our day. The flavors of each savory dish we have tried (and we tried them all) are amongst the best of any breakfast place I have been to. Also very consistent in their execution. The coffee (my wife and I had a Cortada each morning) was very good. The place isn’t very large, though we typically were able to get a table for our family of four relatively quickly (sometimes seated in the back patio which can get a bit hot.) Bacan in Palma de Mallorca exceeded all our expectations for breakfast!

As coffee enthusiasts, we were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional quality of their coffee, even as self-proclaimed specialty coffee aficionados.

The ambiance was enhanced by great music, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The food was spot-on, especially the fantastic vegan options that perfectly suited our preferences.
