Very bad experience. The place is beautiful, but unfortunately compliments end just here.
The food quality, especially of the “entrantes”, was not good at all.
I’m especially referring to the “rol de salmon” which was probably one of the worst “entrants” I ever had in a year. I’ll go into detail so that the restaurant can learn from mistakes and fix, or just remove the plate from the menu:
The wrapping “salmon” seemed like low quality pre-cut salmon slices that you buy at the supermarket in the “smoked salmon fashion”. So very hard, and with still some oil coming from the bag. They say there is “cangrejo” (crab) inside, but that one, for sure was not crab. Once again, it was low quality surimi from the supermarket. The mayonnaise/sauce mixed together was sour/acid.
Also the other entrante “vitello tonnato” had the same or a similar mayonnaise/sauce that was sour/acid, and the “vitello” was hard, no soft as expected.
For the pasta, I would give it a 3/5, it was a bit too much, and even if it’s known that proper Italian pasta doesn’t have to be overcooked, this one was a bit too undercooked. The taste of the pasta was decent, and that’s the only plate that was “ok”.
I hope that the restaurant takes reviews into consideration, especially for the “rol de salmon”.

Me and my family were in palma for a 7-day vacation in july, and dined at this restaurant 4 of those nights, and we were never bored. The atmosphere was lovely, and little details like the wine list being printed on a wine bottle, and the dessert menu being a plate with all the desserts, lifted the restaurant a lot.
