The staff was very unwelcoming and rude. I stopped to get a coffee and cake and asked if they have anything gluten free. It took the waitress 20 min to bring me the coffee and cake. When she brought the coffee it had a biscuit and I said it has gluten. She rolled her eyes and told me that of course because I ordered coffee with ice-cream, that everything has gluten, including the icecream. I said I’ll take a machiatto and she told me everything has gluten so I asked how does the machiatto have gluten. The waitress clearly irritated told me that the cocoa powder has gluten and I asked if they put wheat flour in it. She then gave the coffee with icecream to one of the customers at a near by table. When I draw the attention that that’s not how you talk to clients, the 3 girls sitting next to me called me rude and started cursi in English, letting me know they speak English. I def didn’t expect that and the whole experience left me a very bad taste! I would not recommend, clearly it’s not for tourists as they have their own clientele. Avoid it as there are many other places...

Look for other places, food is nothing special, but with the customer service they have for the price they ask is not a place to come back to. Went for breakfast with the family, is scorching hot outside and someone comes to the table and ask what we want to eat and we order some drinks, we ask please let us know when a table is free inside, placed an order and never heard back from the guy even when the restaurant was empty inside and most of the people had left. Come inside to pay and the staff is just sitting and chatting... never brought menus nor take the order... customer service in this place is awful... came because one of the kids...

Resumen: si sos vegetariano, vegano o alérgico a algún alimento, te sugiero evitar este lugar. Lo mismo si estás planeando una cena grupal y hay alérgicos o no todos los comensales consumen carne. Pagamos caro, no nos sirvieron acorde a lo que solicitamos y, encima, lo poco que pudimos comer no estaba rico.

Asistimos a una cena grupal de unas 80 personas donde se notificó con anticipación y específicamente que había vegetarianos y celíacos entre los comensales, donde en nuestra mesa éramos 2 vegetarianos.

Nos sirvieron: un 'poke' de verduras de unos 10cm de diámetro (para compartir entre 2 personas), unos 6 u 8 nachos con guacamole (para compartir entre 2 personas), UNA croqueta (para compartir entre dos personas), que al comerla advertí que era de pescado. Cuando le recordamos al camarero que éramos vegetarianos, su respuesta fue que 'había más vegetarianos de los que le habían dicho'. Acto seguido, la siguiente tapa que nos trajo tenía gambas, la cual devolvimos... Cerraron con una mini hamburguesa de unos 6cm de diámetro con 2 mini gyozas y de postre unas rodajas de sandía.

Al menos 3 de las tapas que nos sirvieron para nosotros dos parecían ser para celíacos, pero definitivamente no eran de vegetarianos. En este sentido, dio la impresión de que el camarero no conocía los platos y tampoco tenía noción de las diferencias entre vegetariano, vegano o alergia a algún tipo de alimento, además de estar sobrepasado. Sólo espero que los que habían notificado que eran celíacos hayan recibido algo apropiado para ellos.

Por último, si bien considero que el precio era un poco excesivo para lo que recibimos, lo recuperaré trabajando. Lamentablemente, lo que no puedo recuperar es el tiempo y el haber pasado realmente un mal momento en una jornada que debía ser para compartir y disfrutar en grupo, debido a que la situación incomodó tanto a los que tenían algo como para comer como a nosotros que intentamos disimular el hambre tomando agua.
