I wondered into this cocktail bar while searching for a place near my hotel. I had no idea what I was walking into, and I WILL NEVER FORGET IT.

Greeted with warm, friendly, familiar clientele … shortly after I met the man behind the bar -Gastón. Immediately I understood HOW AND WHY THE COQUETÍER FEELS LOOKS AND TASTES THE WAY IT DOES!

Gastón is beyond words. The way that he creates an atmosphere and makes art through his mix of drinks, personality, attention to detail, desire to please and sheer love of living and life itself, is an art form that myself and my friends live for, and we should all be lucky to experience at least once in life. We were there for work, and there were few days that we didn’t end our workday at the Coquetíer!

He’s special. The establishment is special. My experience there is one that I have to fight long and hard not to compare others to. He’s a standard and a seal that truly defines what extraordinary and exceptional customer service is.

This place? Total gem. Walked in expecting a decent drink, walked out already planning my next visit. The vibe is chill but stylish—like, the kind of place where you can actually hear your friends talk but still feel kinda fancy.

The cocktails? So good. You can tell the bartenders actually care about what they’re making—shoutout to Gabriel, Javi and Chema. Everything’s super balanced, interesting, and just plain delicious. Plus, they’re fun to chat with and really know their stuff. Not sure what to order? Just tell them what you like, and they’ll whip up something magical.

Also, shoutout to the little details: cool glassware, fresh ingredients, and those tiny garnishes that make you feel fancy without trying too hard.

Perfect spot for a night out with friends, a cute date, or just treating yourself because you deserve it. 10/10...

Lovely little hidden spot! For those who are looking for a different ‘off the beaten track’ Palma bar then look no further. The dark, intimate surroundings paired with some of the best cocktails in town (and waiters for that matter) make this one of the best drinking establishments in town.
