EPIC Palma — Restaurant in Palma

The atmosphere is cool, the place itself is fine, the waiters were quick and helpful. Even the bouncer was quite professional and collaborative. The disappointment is their manager whom everyone call “Sergi”: very rude and aggressive with no reason, overreacting and not pragmatic. There is a clear approach to look at people as a cattle who come once and will never come back. We spend quite some money, had a good time but interfaces with the manager left a long and disgusting after taste. Change the manager and the profits of this place...

Terrible service. Arrives at 22.30 (They open at 21.30 according to all places on the web). There are several guests at the bar, but I am told to go again, as they don't open until 10 minutes later. Great atmosphere! I went with my friends and had the best time. Drinks are not expensive and the place itself is very stylish. Barman with light brown hair and earrings is super sweet and should be a model haha. I will be back for sure! It is very crowded and there is alot of drunk guys.. so girls watch your drinks!
