AVOID AT ALL COSTS. 🚨I’m writing this review for poor tourists who might be tricked by the 4.6 rating like we were. Not because of the staff because they couldn’t care less.

From the get go, the service was ABYSMAL. I walked in at 3pm with my gf for a lunch, the place was ENTIRELY empty, very rude and disinterested waiter tells us we can’t sit on a table because it’s for 4 people. In an EMPTY restaurant. Ok. We move to the table for two. Nobody came after us either by the way. 😂 It gets from bad to worse with his lethargic “service” that borders on straight up disrespectful in the way he conducted himself.

All of this could’ve been forgiven, people have bad days after all, if not for the icing on the cake - 22 euro worth of BONES. I attached a photo, salmon wasn’t edible at all because of how full of bones it was. We call him to point it out at which he doesn’t react at all (?). No sorry, no nothing. Top notch service 😂

the 3 Indian men working looked like they were security in the club rather than working in a restaurant. Catastrophic and antagonistic atmosphere towards us the entire time. Finally, the waiter brings the bill and LITERALLY stands over our heads waiting for us to pay (with cash), directly blocking the exit. As if we’re going to just walk away 😂 I haven’t seen this anywhere!

Despite the service being trash and bones (food?) not being edible; I wasn’t raised to scam and steal. Maybe that’s the guys thing, I wouldn’t know.

For the staff: Learn some manners. Clean the salmon from bones. What if the child was eating it? Pin bones are easy to choke on. You’re a legit health hazard; will be reporting this restaurant to proper channels since I’m staying in Mallorca for a while.

Tourists: if you don’t want to eat in an extremely antagonistic atmosphere with servers who are rude and have no manners, as well as if you don’t like to eat...

Our New Year’s Eve dinner for 50€ a person started out really well. Amazing Foccacia bread, really good cannelloni. Our main course however was so bad, we decided to not eat it. Overcooked, tough meat, very undercooked salmon that was sent back to the kitchen just to receive it being warm again, but still way undercooked, so decided to not eat it. Only offered side was fries which were also way undercooked. Pizza was edible but also wasn’t cooked properly. We were warned by other guests about the desert (profiteroles or cheese cake) and decided to skip it after the really bad main course experience. Service was nice, however for that price we were expecting to at least not leave still...

I had the most wonderful dining experience at your Italian restaurant! The warm and cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our meal was enjoyable. The food was outstanding - authentic Italian flavors that transported my taste buds to Italy! From the appetizers to the main course, each dish was a true culinary delight. I especially loved the homemade pasta and the flavorful sauces that accompanied them.
