Racist and rude people. In the middle of our meal, while we were eating they DEMANDED that we pay. We said we will pay when we’re finished, as costumed (they didn’t ask anybody else there to pay while they were in the middle of their meal) and they reacted very aggressively, took our plates and called the police. We’re tourists who speak the language, we told them that of course we’ll pay when we’re done. It was obvious there was an agenda behind their actions. We were extremely offended and humiliated. We, of course, payed the bill and left the place in tears after being yelled at and cast away. I REALLY SUGGEST YOU TO DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER GO THERE!!!!!!! These people should be ashamed...

Whoever wrote down here that this is the best ice cream they’ve eaten in their lives has never eaten proper ice cream. A parte de que la calidad en los helados era mucho mejor y más barato antes (por ejemplo el helado de cookies llevaba bastantess trozos de galletas, ahora solo es nata/vainilla)... Habían ayer por la tarde dos camareras, una rubiaby otra chica morena, la rubia siempre nos atiende muy correctamente, pero la chica morena.... Se notaba de lejos que o no le gusta su trabajo, o atender cara al público, o no esta contenta con las condiciones de trabajo... Una actitud enfadada, como xulesca, de desagrado, como si todo le molestara... Se quejaba si los clientes le pedian para consumir, si le pedian para ir al baño la llave, si le pedian la cuenta.... Todo le molestaba.... Yo también trabajo cara al público y si yo tengo mala actitud con los clientes o quejas o me puntúan mal cuando los encuestan, me quitan dinero de la nómina.... Y por lo que veo, no soy la única que piensa así... Además me fije que buscan camarera y siempre piden experiencia. A veces la actitud lo es todo y esta por encima de tener o no experiencia...
