Kenzo Bar & Cafe — Restaurant in Palma

Where should I begin? The food is terrible. Nachos for 5 euros when they're literally chips, with meat, corn, which aren't even baked in an oven, they're cooked in a microwave! It is also worth mentioning that the corn is from an expired can with a slimey/gooey texture. The refrigerator is filthy, which the owner says he "cleans regulary" which isn't true to make his own workers to it themselves, and if any inspectors come in they could get fined for safety hazards. The owner is terrible. He underpaid workers, lies, etc...

Another thing about the food is that the sandwiches that you can purchase are made with EXPIRED ham, which the owner denies and tells his workers that "its still good and edible"

In conclusion, as someone living on the island, please don't get scammed by these places. There are always lots of people being scammed for absurd prices for drinks and expired food. NOT WORTH even looking at this place.

Oh yeah, to finish it up, the owner doesn't pay his workers. Even I didn't get paid, and I left the job without a paycheck in my hand. Una amiga fue a comer ahí ,un día Domingo,con una mesera super servicial,la cual super emocionada me comentó y quería volver a ir ,quería comer lo mismo que comió el domingo ,las famosas tostadas de guacamole con tomate! Les dio tal marketing al comentar que fueron las mejores tostada que comió ! Así que le dije que nos encontrábamos en Kenzo ! Pues venía de Ciudad Jardín ,así que me fui caminando hasta Kenzo ,bueno todo iba bien! Encontramos sitio! No pasaba nada ,encontramos jarras o vasos de cerveza ,pues no teníamos problema que no se a encaran! ,Bueno ,se acercó la mesera y le dijimos venimos por sus deliciosas tostadas ,como estaba frente de nosotros el cartel ,le dijimos queremos esas tostadas! "Y nos dijo no hay" y yo me quedé ,pues super confundida,mi lógica no lo entendía ,ya que el cartel estaba afuera,frente a nosotros! Y le dije ,pues y porque tienen el cartel aquí ! Si no lo van a servir ,nos dijo ,son órdenes de cocina ,el encargado de que no Ibá a salir. Por que están congeladas y se iba AA demorar mucho y todo ese rollo . Le dijimos puedes preguntar porfavor! Y nos dijo que van a tomar ,el café con leche de soja! Bueno paso el rato nos llevaron el café! Pero se los juro estaba tan atentos con las.mesas que tomaban solo cerveza que nos dejaban colgadas a nosotras! (Eran extranjero ,hasta se acercaban a conversar con ellos y todo" y a nosotras simplemente ignoradas!) Termine mi café ! Y no llegaba las tostada ! Le vi a la mesera comiendo ! Le pregunté ,y las tostadas ,me dijo que no iba. Salir , habían pasado 1 hora! Y les dije por no nos avisaron ,se hacían los que entendía ,me incomode y me acerque donde mi amiga ! Le dije que no Ica a salir las tostada! Mi amiga avergonzada ,por que ella me dijo que era un lugar super acogedor y las mesetas atentas ,! Luego viene tipo ,apurada y dijo que iba a traerlas😑. Eran casi las 9 ! Y llegó las tostadas! La verdad no me.gusto ! No sé cómo la preparon ,con cólera?,no sé! Solo ellos sabrán como lo hicieron! El lugar podría dar más ! Pero no sé deduce que es grill y Bar ,sólo querían vender cerveza! ! Terrible service. When walking by we saw that they had a full terrace so we sat down 40 minutes before closing (1 hour and 40 minutes before google said they were supposed to close). We were then informed that they weren't making cocktails, but we could order red wine if we wanted, but they really emphasized that they were closing soon and kind of made us feel unwelcome. They brought us our drinks along with the check to expedite the process. Once we got our waters and wine though we saw someone else with a mojito from the bar... so that was a little confusing.
