UPDATE : I send an email a month ago and never got an email back . So they don’t care about us customers ! good marketing but POOR SERVICE performance. I am very disappointed with the experience at Lio Mallorca I live in Mallorca and my visit on August 29th was the second in Lio for me . It was supposed to be a gift for my Friend who came especially from another country to see the show and have a nice experience. It was her birthday present . We booked the package for €200 per person. When we arrived we got a seat right at the very left corner of the stage. I didn't like it, I had a pretty limited view of the stage. At the beginning everything went as usual. I was asked if I would like some champagne. I agreed to that. I also ordered a water and the dancers between the guests were very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, I noticed that the selection of drinks is very rare and that few non-alcoholic drinks and vegetarian dishes are offered. So I decided on a beef filet and my girlfriend opted for individual vegetarian dishes. We ordered two cocktails with our meal. About 10 minutes after we finished our meal, a waiter came over and was about to buy us another drink, which we declined because we hadn't finished ours yet. Since there were two relatively slim women, we obviously couldn't drink that much. We wanted to have a cola after our cocktail to take a break so we could have another cocktail or two afterwards. Once the cola arrived, I was told quite CLEARLY that I would have to make a turnover of €200 per person. We were here halfway through the show and I did the math and I've already spent about €130. I told him to please not disturb my time to see the show. I told him want to drink a cola and then I'll order another cocktail. Then the discussion started. I then became a little louder and then I was then left alone. The entertainers among the guests were always trying to ensure that the atmosphere was good and that people were dancing, and that was how it was, so that I was swept up in the atmosphere and danced 1 m next to my table with another table neighbor. The mood so far was still very relaxed. You have to imagine that there was a table right next to me with eight people all standing around the table, dancing and filming. Me and my companion went and just drifted in a group. 🚨Suddenly a waiter came and pointed this out to me very clearly and in a brisk tone. I quote: "Sit down there now." I was shocked. You have to imagine that about ten people were mixing, dancing and filming there and I was the only one who was spoken to right after I pointed out to my waiter that he should just let me see the show. As the only woman, in a mixed group. You can imagine that my mood changed from that moment on. I expressed my displeasure. An apology was made, but there was still no response to my request to call the manager. I was then told I didn't need to spend €200 per person. However, I was already at €380 in total. Therefore it would have been a discount of €20. I then gave this as a tip. The waiter's demeanor of telling me to please sit down felt a little like giving a command to a dog. Another waiter also ordered me to spend more money straight away. I think €200 per person is a lot of money. If I had been left alone, I would most likely have spent much more than 200 € . All in all I have to say that the show was very nice, but the service was so UNFRIENDLY AND POOR AND FORCING . The €200 is just not worth it. The choice of drinks is simply very limited. The food selection the same . The Quality of the food is good but not outstanding and all in all I unfortunately have enough negative points that I would NOT visit the Leo again, I would definitely recommend going to another restaurant in Mallorca, where you spend less money and get exactly Or a similar kind of show. I felt very...

Went to a birthday night out with 4 women. We were informed about the €200 minimum spend and booked with eyes wide open.
We were greeted with enthusiasm and warm hospitality, invited to order a bottle of champagne to celebrate the birthday… we almost went with it but then thought we’d better check the prices just in case. The cheapest champagne is €270.
We ordered a bottle of rose wine and immediately the sommelier upgraded us to a magnum. The same repeated with the food. We were told portions are small and we need to order more. The portions were indeed small unlike the prices. The starters were good, the mains were terrible, we actually left the €70 octopus dish uneaten because it was so bad.
There are already several reviews about the prices of the food. It is expensive but the show is pretty awesome so I accept the food price includes the talent that you enjoy whilst consuming it. I have no problem with the prices that are advertised. My problem is with the pushy staff constantly trying to squeeze more money out of you.
The service was amazing until it came to the bill and we were told that we can only pay with 2 cards. Why? We are 4 friends and we want to split a bill which is over €200 each. We were told we should have brought cash. €1000 in cash. To a club.
The previously friendly waitress switched off the charm in a blink and went from best friend to foe, treated us like we had committed a crime because we didn’t have cash on us. It was like removing a mask, quite shocking.
Maybe the staff are expecting the patrons to consist solely of millionaire cash wielding party goers. I guess 4 women in their 40s are not their target audience. But we were treated like dirt as soon as it became apparent that €1000 was all they were going to squeeze out of us. They tried to ply us with cocktails etc. but gave up and left us alone when they realised we weren’t drunk enough to fall for their tricks.
The bill comes with recommended gratuity amounts starting at 10% and going significantly upwards, presumably to shame people into only leaving a 10% tip on a mediocre dinner that costs 200 bucks minimum.
The show it must be said is very good. The dancers and singers are exceptional. It’s a tad repetitive but the dinner and show combo is very successful. It’s just marred by the constant, transparent salesmanship by the staff.
The club part began after dinner and we tried to dance. We really did. But after dinner, we all felt battle weary and went home, exhausted by watching our backs lest we unsuspectingly order €640 of caviar.
It’s a shame. It really is. I would have preferred to pay a set price of €250 and feel relaxed. I’m not one to moan about money or to post the prices of things but I really walked away feeling like I was shielding myself from being ripped...
Read moreWe visited Lío Mallorca, and it was an absolutely spectacular experience. It’s not just a restaurant — it’s a full dinner show that combines high-end cuisine with an incredible visual and musical performance. The tables are set right in the middle of the dance floor, and while you’re enjoying a gourmet meal, you’re surrounded by a dazzling show filled with lights, music, singing, and acrobatics.
We had the ribeye steak, and it was simply perfect — juicy, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. The kitchen is led by chef Andreu Genestra, and you can tell that every dish is crafted with care and creativity. Eating such delicious food while watching a world-class performance is a double pleasure.
The show itself is vibrant and dynamic, full of energy and surprises. After the dinner show ends, the venue transforms into a lively club with DJs and a fantastic party vibe that lasts well into the early morning.
A special thank you to the team: we had a minor incident during the evening, and Rubén from security was a true professional — quick, helpful, and reassuring. We also want to thank Ana, the manager, for her warmth and attention. She made us feel completely at home. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality.
The atmosphere overall was amazing: great sound system, friendly crowd, high-quality music, and everything was perfectly organized. This is not your typical club with drunk people and loud chaos — it’s an elegant, fun, and classy place for people who want a special kind of night out in Palma.
The evening starts around 9 PM with dinner and the show lasts until about 11:30 PM. After that, the club stays open until the early hours. It’s the perfect full-night experience — great food, fantastic entertainment, and a stylish party all in one place.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for something unique, delicious, and truly memorable...
