Overpriced restaurant with average food in nice location

the guy at the door told us the place was completly full when we arrived. When we went upstairs (because we had a reservation) the place was basically nearly empty.

food is really overpriced, the drinks are normal priced so. The menu costs 36/40 euros but it was really average. We were a big group and between the 6 different dishes we ordered, none was really that amazing for the price. The croquetas were nice though.

the potatoes for example had way too much vinegar, the tortilla was quite bad, and the fish was too salty and didn't really convince. Lobster didn't taste good.

I'm surprised the restaurant such good rating, as it is really not worth the money.

This is a restaurant with great views, tucked away within the Yacht Club in Palma. The service is fine, but the food quality is poor. I was served spaghetti with an egg and very basic tomato sauce which tasted like it was from a plastic bottle. The other courses were not much better. I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately it is not somewhere I would return, because the food is made with the lowest quality ingredients, compared with everything else I had eaten during my time in Mallorca. Das Restaurant im ersten Stock ist sehr schön eingerichtet und tolle Lage. Leider ist der Service eine Katastrophe. Die Damen die dort bedient haben waren überheblich, wenig freundlich und nicht kooperativ als wir nach Vorlage der Speisekarte gefragt haben was jetzt in dem Menü (es gab nur 2 Menus) genau drin ist. eines war für 36 Euro das andere für 40 Euro. so genau konnten sie uns die Speisekarte selber nicht erklären. Also aus was das Menu jetzt wirklich besteht. Wir haben dann eine Fisch bestellt. bei der Frage was zum Fisch gereicht wird... keine Ahnung... wir haben dann Gemüse, sprich Kartoffeln angefordert. als der Fisch kam war das ein Fisch in der Größe einer Damenhandfläche auf ein paar Kartoffelscheiben. sonst nichts dabei. Fisch war soweit gut aber eher eine Vorspeisenportion als ein Hauptgericht. Am Schluss kam die RG mit 36 Euro für den Fisch. Wir haben das beanstandet da wir ja kein Menü für 36 Euro hatten sondern nur den Fisch. Tja,, das war das Menu lt. Aussage Bedienung. Also ich weiß ja nicht was man sonst unter Menu versteht, aber nur einen Teller mit Kartoffeln und einer Handvoll Fisch? Dann kam der Manager. sagte: das stimmt. und hat uns einfach damit stehen lassen. wir haben also jeder für seine Handvoll Fisch 36 Euro bezahlt. das war es echt nicht wert. und vor allem waren sie alles sehr unfreundlich und nicht Kundenorientiert. Also bevor ihr da was bestellt am besten erst mal frage was ihr dafür bekommt. Wir werden das Restaurant def. nicht mehr besuchen oder weiterempfehlen. zumal unten (1 Stock tiefer) ein nettes Lokal ist wo man sehr gut und günstig und viel zu Essen bekommt und freundlich bedient wird. wir wollten uns was besonderes gönnen.... war...
