Visited late evening on 12/04 (party of 6). On a positive note: the food was pretty good. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all as there was only one other table in use, which was fine for us. Now for where things could have gone better: The waiter didn’t seem very enthused to see us, he didn’t show us to a table so we picked one before he told us we couldn’t use that one so he moved us to another (for what reason, who knows!?) For our drinks round, we ordered both red and white bottles of wine. Only the red arrived, so when we asked where the white wine was we were told we didn’t order it. So we thought better of it, and (re)ordered the white bottle. Then we get to the food order. Paella and steak were ordered. Only the Paella arrived. So we asked where the steak order was, and we were told we didn’t order it. This time we didn’t think better of it and pointed out on numerous occasions (but politely) that it definitely was ordered but the waiter refused the accept he hadn’t recorded our order correctly and was very abrupt and dismissive. By this point, we were fed up of the service so we asked for the bill which then duly arrived with a service charge!! Needless to say, we removed that before swiftly settling and leaving! As noted at the start, the food was actually pretty good so maybe it was an off-day...

Fui hace un par de días para celebrar una comida de equipo, éramos un grupo de unas 10 personas.

El lugar en sí está bien, buena localización y buenas vistas, pero la experiencia no lo acompañó...

En la misma sala había dos mesas grandes más, con más o menos las mismas personas que la nuestra, había tanto barullo que ni siquiera podía escuchar a la persona que tenía delante. Así que el ambiente, muy agradable no fue.

Encargamos el menú cerrado de 30€ por persona que incluía la bebida, varios entrantes, paella al gusto (al gusto de ellos, porque nadie nos preguntó cómo la queríamos), postre (por obligación recomendación de la casa) y café.

Los entrantes fueron lo más aceptable de la comida; croquetas de jamón serrano (de calidad muy mejorable), palillos de pollo con salsa teriyaki (sin mucha gracia) y una especie de wraps de pollo al curry cortados como si fueran sushi (lo único bueno de toda la comida).

Pero el verdadero fiasco llegó con la paella... que vuelvo a repetir que era al gusto, pero al de ellos, porque nadie nos preguntó qué tipo de paella queríamos. Asumo que sería paella ciega mixta -no era muy fácil distinguirlo-.

Me recordó a la pseudo-paella que nos servían en el comedor del colegio, sin aroma, gusto, ni color; vamos, sin gracia alguna.

Las gambas eran plástico (se te hacía tal plasta en la boca que ni con el vino pasaban), los mejillones tenían tan poco color que pareciera que un vampiro los hubiera succionado antes de meterlos en el plato. Ni siquiera las judías sabían bien... Ni con limón y alioli se pudo solucionar el desastre. Ninguno de los comensales comió más de medio plato.

Llega el postre, no podemos elegirlo porque entra solo la recomendación de la casa, pero no importa, nos conformamos con que no sea insípido.

Solo diré, que varios días más tarde de la comida, aún estamos debatiendo si era puding o tarta de queso, creo que no es necesario añadir nada más.

Somos totalmente conscientes de que por 30€ tampoco podemos esperar una comida de estrella michelin, pero es que esa paella no se la daría ni a mi perro.

Se nota que es un establecimiento montado por y para extranjeros, un engañabobos con calidad muy reprochable al que, por suerte, no...

I don’t like giving bad reviews, but it was really disappointing. We ordered a SEAFOOD paella, not a mixed one (keep that in mind). And after waiting for 1 hour for our starter and 1h 30 min for the paella, they served us a paella with seafood, pork and chicken… Since when a seafood paella has meat? We asked if it was an error, but they said their seafood paella has meat (something they did not mention while taking the order). Why they even have the option of mixed paella or seafood paella in the menu, if they serve a mixed one anyway?
