Shamrock Palma — Restaurant in Palma

I have never been so disappointed. A quiet night out turned into chaos when a bouncer decided to grab the back of my chair and tip me out of it and proceeded to throw a drink over me and laugh! I honestly can’t believe the unprofessionalism from someone who is employed to keep the establishment AND customers safe. Complete disregard for customers’ experience and the brand. I wouldn’t step a foot in this bar ever again, even if someone was paying for my evening. Utter disbelief, like a twilight zone. To the bouncer who said his name was ‘Patrick’ (sarcastically as we were in an Irish bar), just do better or change your job. You failed at everything you’ve been employed to do that night and you should be ashamed at the way you treated a customer and a female, for that matter. I’m in utter disbelief and deeply let down. Thank goodness I was out for a mid week drink and not drunk because the staff would not have helped me if I needed, only added to my public humiliation, AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WOULD LIKE TO ADD SOME DRAMA...

Came in on a Saturday night, had a few drinks git beaten up by staff with body full of hematomas.

You can refuse service and throw someone out but resorting to violence 5 on 1 is cowardice. They say I was violent: I invite te owner to post CCTV footage where it shows I was violent.

They promote racism, one of their staff or friend hanging out with security told me to go back to my country, no one wants my like in Europe, funny as I am from Europe...

They threw me out and kept my laptop that was inside.

The resonse was of the owner is:

"We were 100% aware of the incident and reviewed the cameras. We stand behind our staff. Your behavior was inappropriate and violent causing your expulsion. Even if against your will. For clarity… You were not arrested because no one wanted to waste time pressing charges, just wanted you to leave. We strive daily to provide a safe and fun environment for our clients. Please do not return."

If you are looking for a safe place to enjoy your evening and being treated with dignity...

We were a group of girls enjoying the live music in this bar and a man assaulted our friend by peeing all over her and exposing himself to a few of us, literally in the middle of the bar. He was “kicked out” but when we left, he was standing right outside the door with his drink, hanging out with the bouncer. Clearly Shamrock Palma did not take the assault seriously and let him hang around. And despite the man actually admitting what he had done in front of the bouncer, the bouncer refused to tell the man to leave or call the police, and said they would review CCTV footage. Disgusting and disappointing behavior. Do not go here, especially if you’re a girl!
