A client flew into El Médano for a meeting - he wanted ice cream. The meeting was in the car and was almost over when we arrived in Puerto de la Cruz. Who knew an ice cream parlor could turn a complex business meeting into a crazy ice cream adventure? Berry's was a good touch. Home-made ice creams with unique flavors and an authentic experience; it's like tasting heaven in a cone! This is the size of ice cream 2 balls. I live in Puerto de la Cruz for 3 years and I know size of the ice cream in This place. Also the lady who “served” me did not let me try more than 1 ice cream to choose lol. This is so shameful. And you see top? This is PISTACHIO white chocolate iceream. Hmmmmm, pistachio probably she forgot to add. Good ice cream but very poor service. Hope this woman will be fired. Disgusting service that ruined my day. 2 Feb 2023 This is a vegan haven with about 16 flavours clearly marked as vegan, the staff was so patient with me as she gave me samples from every single one before I decided which I wanted. They were amazing. I chose pistachio, snicker, hazelnut, and another chocolate nuts.

Definitely a must in Puerto de la Cruz in my Opinion one of the best icecreams I have ever tasted. If you go to Tenerife you must have this one on your list. It takes big to wow me.
