I’m not satisfied from the visit here. First of all - the restaurant offers menu in English, but the staff didn’t understand the word. It caused a big problem, that they served us incorrect dish than we ordered. This is because, the dishes had different numbers in English and Spanish menu (in English dish 40 was chicken breast and in Spanish menu it was a rump steak). After explaining it to the staff (it was also problematic and stressful…), they gave us a chicken. But the staff wasn’t nice and polite, we felt like they were angry at us. Also, the food didn’t really tasted us, but it might be a matter of preference, other people said...

This food is not handmade. Advertises as traditional Canarian food. Croquetas definitely pre made. Definitely frozen. Albóndigas texture was grainy. Sauce was watery. Gambas in the gambas alioli was dirty. Poo vein still in place 🤮. Obviously straight out of the freezer. The ‘sauce’ was vegetable oil with garlic slices in. Rice was NOT piping hot!!! Warning this is a huge risk of food poisoning. Waitress was lovely. Probably huge surprise that English people went into their place (I won’t call it a restaurant!!). Avoid if you after traditional Canarian food. This is very expensive...

The papas arrugadas (Canadian potatoes) were really delicious, especially with the sauce! The grilled cheese and the meatballs with rice were also really really good! It definitely deserves 5 stars for the food! And the Ambiente is cozier than we...
