Stopped by Cafe Berlin recently and was pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the local cuisine they offer. The standout for me was the seafood paella—packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and generously portioned. I also started with the pimento padron peppers, which were the perfect intro.

What really made the experience even better was the service. The staff were not only efficient, but genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made the meal feel more like dining at a friend’s place than just another restaurant visit.

In unserem Urlaub wurden wir hier vor der Tür vom Personal angesprochen. Uns wurden die Hauptgerichte mit Salat und Pommes versprochen. Leider war dieses nicht der Fall.

Unser Vorspeise "Knoblauchbrot" war sehr ernüchternd. Zwei dünne Scheiben Mischbrot mit etwas Knobiöl. Für den Preis von knapp 5€ hätten wir etwas mehr erwartet.

Naja egal... wird bestimmt trotzdem schmecken. Die Preise waren okay. Ich habe mir Hähnchen auf Canarische Art bestellt. Mein Hähnchen war kalt. Entäuschung. Das Personal hat sich darum gekümmert und es dann aufgewärmt. Vermutlich in der Mirko. Ich weis es nicht. Die Kartoffeln schmeckten nach Chlor so wie mein Freund sagt. Ich persönlich war froh, dass ich an dem Tag nicht so viel geschmeckt habe, da ich etwas erkältet war.

Für meinen Freund gab es Paella mit Fleisch, auch er war nicht so begeistert da in dem Gericht viele Knochen zu finden waren.

Als Gruß des Hauses haben wir zum Abschied einen Rum mit Honig bekommen. Dieser war sehr lecker, hat unsere Enttäuschung aber leider nicht wett gemacht. Wir werden nicht noch einmal wieder...
