The taste of the food was good. Very tasty. We did out-of-four 2 and 3 level spicy and for us that was too mild. Regular spicy eaters here ✋🏻.
Portions are generally small though and sometimes you feel that what you get is not what you pay. If you order a curry the rice is seperate, and that might seem right, but then the curry is a tad overpriced, as is a portion of plain rice.
The place in the front looks okay, nothing fancy, nothing special. In the back....well...you have fresh air, but no 'dressing' of the place. With a small investment you could give the whole place a face. It's not just my neighbours kitchen.
The personel is friendly, but in the back you might be overlooked. Also if personel cleans a table in the back...look around to the others sitting there. We went to the bar to order extra rice(portion was too small) and also for the bill we took the initiative. Small but important things.
Overall good food but experiencewise there is quite some room for improvement. But for us it was a great alternative to the hotel buffet food. Lovely...

The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, checking in just often enough to take another order or bring the bill, which never takes long. The food is like the views in Tenerife — out of this world!
I tried the Pad Thai, fried duck dumplings, Tom Kha soup, crispy chicken, and two desserts (including mango sticky rice). I can honestly recommend everything! The Tom Kha was the best I’ve ever had in my life — everything tasted delicious and was beautifully presented. The restaurant itself was cozy, and even the bathrooms were spotless and smelled nice.
Highly recommended! I truly hope to come back to Tenerife someday — and to this...
Read moreIt was my last evening on holiday so thought I would treat myself to a Thai. There was one along the street from the hotel I was staying in, however when I arrived they were on holiday all of May apart from takeaways. So a quick search on Google found me Ristta Thai Food that was a 15 minute walk. Arrived and was impressed with the interior and Thai feel.
I ordered the prawn tempura which was delicious and was served with shredded salad and sweet hi chilli sauce. For main I had my favourite.. Chicken with cashew nuts and sticky rice! Again, it was delicious and before I knew it, had demolished the lot!
Glad I found this restaurant, was definitely a great finish...
