Incredibly shocking and dismissive service. I ordered a lavender latte and was really excited to try it, we were waiting 15mins and the drink still hasn't arrived. I then went back in to order another drink for my partner, the server then also mentioned my drink because it still surprisingly hadn't even been made yet. We waited another 10/15mins, still no drinks. By this point we thought the wait was beyond ridiculous for two drinks. My partner peeked in and they hadn't even bothered to start making the drinks, I then went in and could see that they had made no attempt to make the drinks and were just cleaning up (I had seen him carefully preparing other people's drinks), I said we are leaving now and said that we have been waiting a long time. They just said okay and did not even care to explain or apologise. Awful service! The service down the road at we the north is the extreme opposite, exceptionally kind and...

It's cozy here. There are really delicious desserts that are constantly changing.
