A Viaxe is a culinary gem. From the moment you step in, the ambiance captivates with its charming decor and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail in the decoration is simply remarkable, setting the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. The food at A Viaxe is nothing short of extraordinary, earning a solid 5-star rating without hesitation. Every dish we sampled was a masterpiece, showcasing the chef's mastery of flavors and ingredients. From the first bite to the last, each dish left us craving more, and we found ourselves immersed in a culinary journey unlike any other. Service at A Viaxe is truly professional, with expertise and attentiveness. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was flawless. Their recommendations were spot-on, enhancing our meal and making us feel truly valued as guests. As for the atmosphere, it is the perfect setting for a memorable meal. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply indulging in a night out, A Viaxe sets the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. To top it all off, the bill was reasonable considering the exceptional quality of food and service provided. At 121€ for two, including a bottle of palomino wine, it was an excellent value for the culinary journey we embarked on. In summary, A Viaxe is undeniably one of the best restaurants we've had the pleasure of visiting recently. With its fantastic cooking, professional service, and captivating atmosphere, it's a must-visit for anyone seeking a culinary adventure. We can't wait to return and savor more of their delightful creations. Highly...

Loved the staff. Loved the food. Loved the experience. This restaurant is a pure taste explosion hard to be unforgettable. I will defo be back!

I can consider it an still hidden gem in Spain, that offers an incredible dining experience, especially fitting for those who've just completed the Camino de Santiago.

The atmosphere is cozy and inviting getting us ready for a culinary journey through Peruvian cuisine with Galician ingredients, while also “travelling” to other lands.

The menu is more than cheap for the high quality offer of ingredients and presentation.

The dishes are all prepared with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. I didn’t drink much, but the Maracuja drink was impeccable! My favourite one didn’t disappointed me, the tinto fish course, but also the Vietnam trip with the mussels.

Staff are attentive, knowledgeable, and add to the warm atmosphere, making you feel at home after your long journey. They are great and provide everything needed for a good experience.

For pilgrims and travelers alike, A Viaxe offers not just a meal but a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended. You can’t miss this...

A exquisite journey of the senses and tastes. What a fantastic place! The head chef with his Peruvian influences and the gallego local ingredients made for a truly inspiring evening. As a lover of both Peruvian and spanish food this was my dream and expectations were exceeded! Every dish was sublime but our absolute favourites were the seared tuna with tomato consommé and the razor clam ceviche, however every dish was a knockout it was difficult to choose! The night was made by our wonderful host Marcelo, whose explanations bought each plate to life in a way that was interesting without being pretentious. He was charming and funny, and a perfect addition to a fantastic meal. I will also mention the drinks pairing, we started with a delicious pisco sour, one of the best i’ve had, and some extraordinary reds and whites which perfectly complimented each course. These guys are doing something different and I highly recommend for anyone in Santiago! I hope to be...
