The price for the infusion de manzanilla is €1.6 on the menu. The menu is given to us after we sat down.

When we finished and go to pay,the lady at the counter insist that it is €1.8 now. the price on the menu is not adjusted but the price on the computer is.

I said that is unacceptable as no one told us the price has been adjusted. The lady seems to be annoyed that we would even argue for 0.2€. But that is not about the money!

The cafe refused to give us back the money or any form of compensation or apology.

The longer story is that we ordered a cake, but have not received the cake for 30 minutes so we decided not to wait more and leave. When we are making the payment, they charged us for the cake.we politely explained that we didn’t receive it. And the lady seems very annoyed and adjusted the payment.

But it is still wrong… +0.5€ for “nata” that we didn’t order. Again, we are confused so we politely ask what that is. She grabbed a 50 cent and put it on my hand, snatched my receipt off my hand, made it into a ball and throw into the rubbish bin.

That is why I didn’t have the receipt as a photo. The food is good, but if you decide to dine in this restaurant, be sure to have the saintly patience, and triple check...

Hello My husband and I went last night to eat dinner there and we were surprised by the lack of professionalism there. Food was tasty place was clean, but they really did burn us with the price, we got the menu for 20 euros ( meaning you pick one from number one, another dish from number two and then was included a drink and bread ). However, my husband asked for one red wine which was included and she came back and she brought us sangria instead, we asked for the price and she played us, saying ok ok ok. The bill showed a different story that was not ok. Instead of 20 Euros our bill was 55 Euros. We did order one dessert and that could not cost 30+ Euros. When we questioned the bill she said sangria was not included, only the coffee but we were charged 5 Euros for the coffee too. So, at the end she took off the bill the coffee, wrong wrong, because she wanted to charge twice for the coffee and menu did specify drink included where everywhere is either wine, beer or soda. DO NOT GO TO THAT PLACE, they’ll squeeze you like a lemon. I’m European and if she does that to me, I can only imagine what she would do...

Rip off, I took a ER 20 menu and supposed to bring wine ad by mistake the gave me Sangria and I was OK without knowing they charged me ER 25 for Sangria. Do not go, they play dumb and they did not understand!!! And finally the menu was ER 52, shame for steeling my money. Do not go there they are stealing your money. Food is not bad, we asked prices and waitress played like she did understand, however when we tried to clarify order she got defensive. One drink was included and she charged us one more time for it. That’s a shame, we travel a lot and we know to ask before order prices…. I would not recommend...
