Blatant Scam & Rudest Service Ever!

Let’s start with the menu scam: At first, we were given the Spanish menu, where tapas started at €4.50. But the moment the waiter realized we were tourists, he suddenly brought us the English menu – and BAM, suddenly the cheapest option was €9! Do they really think we wouldn’t notice?! This is a shameless rip-off, plain and simple.

Then came the rain drama: The waitress stood at the entrance like a bouncer, turning people away who just wanted to escape the rain – just because she wanted to close early! Seriously, if you hate your job that much, just quit. There are plenty of people who would do it with a smile instead of treating customers like a nuisance.

But wait, it gets worse! The Coke disaster: I ordered a sugar-free Coke and instead got a regular one. When I pointed it out, instead of giving me a new drink or simply letting me finish it in peace, she actually demanded that I pour it into a plastic cup and leave! How unnecessary and rude is that?! And when I said I just needed two minutes, she let out a loud, annoyed sigh – so unprofessional and disrespectful!

And let’s not forget the disgusting glasses: When we got our drinks, the glasses were so filthy that we had to drink straight from the bottle. Absolutely unacceptable! If they can’t even clean a simple glass properly, I don’t even want to imagine what’s going on in their kitchen.

And it STILL gets worse: She then called over a colleague, who came up to us with a rude “We’re closing now” and pressured us to leave. I had to chug my drink under stress, and instead of letting us finish up in peace, they just stood there watching, waiting for us to get out.

And the grand finale? While we were still packing our things, the guy took the restaurant’s large umbrella and folded it up – while we were still standing underneath it! As if to say, “Get out already!” Could they be any more obvious?!

And now the real question – how does this place even have good reviews?! Probably written by their own staff, because there is NO way real customers had a good experience here.

Bottom line: If you enjoy being scammed, disrespected, and rushed out the door, this is the place for you. Everyone else – avoid...

We ordered two small burgers for 6 euros but when the burgers arrived, the beef was just pure raw. We ate some of the burger until we saw the redness and kindly asked the waiter to take it in. five minutes later he came back with the same exact raw beef, which was still raw. At this point we just gave up and kindly asked for the bill. When we received the bill we had to pay 4 euros for service and 24 euros for the two burgers. Apparently they thought we had ordered the two big burgers which we didn’t notice at all. We said that we didn’t order the big burgers and we shouldn’t even pay for this after all because of the raw beef. After discussing it with badly spoken English staff. I paid 15€ for the daily menu. It was unsurprising. I tried first and second plate. First the chicken with fried chicken, and then the shrimp paella that was almost just rice, the shrimp was very small size, and overall flavour was nothing special. The ice-cream at the was was in its original plastic container, they didn't go had the trouble to put it in a bowl. Also, they served my drink in a broken glass.
