We went on Monday and were enthusiastic about the food and how tasty it was. (One photo attached). My dad got a sheep cheese which was fantastic, the best he ever had. We had also another plate called Timbalo de queso. (Goat cheese cooked with vegetables). It was delicious on Monday. We had a cold fish salad which was not flavorful but okay everything else was. We decide to go back on Tuesday and there was a different cook and the same plates were not as abundant as they were the day before and were prepared differently. Today there was a bathroom smell inside, so I kept closing the bathroom door. So on Monday food was great. On Tuesday nothing special. If we hadn’t returned I would have put 5 stars to everything “. Sadly the inconsistency made me put less. Possibility the Monday crew should let the Tuesday crew know what they did so that it can be continued!

No tienen grande, dicen... Me sentí estafada, timada y darme agua caliente....

I had a lovely menu del día here today. First course was a refreshing ensalada mediterránea which was a mixed salad with some tuna. It was wonderful!! Second course was the guiso del dia (stew of the day) which was seafood meatballs with potatoes in a lovely sauce. The dessert options sounded great but I was so full from the first two courses so I just had an espresso. The meal also came with a beer, water and some bready crackers. The service was lovely, the waiters were super polite and welcoming. I’d definitely go back and highly recommend it if you are in Seville!

I am typically not one to leave negative reviews, but today we had one of the most comically terrible dining experiences of our lives here. Avoid this at all costs. Some of the litany of issues we had were: Did not receive any food - even bread! - until almost an hour after arrival. After 90 minutes, we had still not received two of the five dishes we ordered. At this point we left - would we have ever gotten them? While we were waiting, a table near us got literally 10-15 different dishes served, including ones they ordered 30+ minutes after we had The bathroom was so disgusting one of our friends held it for an hour rather than brave it They have the single worst tacos any of us have ever had - and served them with stale Doritos Were incapable of even getting us the check in a timely manner

At this point we are just hoping none of us get food poisoning, and that others may see this review and have a better lunch somewhere else -...

Do yourself a favour. This small, unremarkable-looking restaurant-bar just near the Golden Tower on the Guadalquivir river has wonderful food (tapas) and friendly, professional service from the barman-cook-cleaner-manager. We had his grandmother's pork-cheeks ("carillada", in a middle eastern sauce of raisins, pine-nuts & red-wine finished with sherry): a succulent delight. The pan-fried baby squid was fresh, soft and delicious. The salmorejo (cold soup; more-or-less gazpacho with olive oil minus the cucumber) a mouth-full of silken pleasure. We also had a melting tuna tataki (barely-seared with grated soy-cabbage on the side) and a herb-lemon salmon tartare. To drink (on the manager's recommendation) a superb, not-too-sweet, dark and refreshing rosé from the Madrid region. To finish, tart and Pedro-Jiminez. (Full-disclosure: the digestif was a gift). Overall: Wow! Really. And the bill was almost as pleasant a surprise as finding this tiny...

I wanted to give a chance, but that was not a good decision... When I try a restaurant, I try first their daily menu. So, the service was poor. Before I sat down, the waiter wanted me to tell him what I was gonna have. When I sat down, the table was not clean. I asked for a placemat, but then he sent me to another table that was already set. Then he brought two bottles of vinegar for my salad. He didn't apologize. The vegetables was from the can. And the main dish, "carne con tomate" was small and more potatoes than meat, with can tomato sauce. The price of the menu was €12.90. The restaurant next to this cost one more euro but you would have a proper service and a better food, plus nicer atmosphere. Now I am sorry to have given a chance to this place... Somehow I finished my lunch because I had to go for work, but this is what you get because they assume you're an ignorant tourist... Yep, they're so wrong...
