We are staying in Triana area for 3 days and have been over the canal a few times and did not to be sucked into the TT’s (Tourist Traps) in the old town . On our return one afternoon it was so hot (41deg) and wanted a refreshing cocktail. We walked past and notice The Baroness Bar. In side the decor is out standing and adds to the atmosphere. We were served by Javi who knows his cocktails….Mojito for me and Aperol Spritz for my wife, she made comment it was a “really good” one on her first sip, my Mojito was equally as good. Javin was all over the music and his choices were excellent which made for a great atmosphere. We did not eat as it was in between service periods. Great cocktails as really good prices would highly recommend.

Cute all-day cafe/bar in Triana. Came for breakfast and found many tables packed with locals enjoying a cigarette and coffee. Menu is available in English and Spanish. The breakfast menu consists mainly of toasts, pastries, and smoothies as well as coffee creations. Like many traditional places, don’t expect to find many vegetables on the menu. Table service is pretty quick and prices are fair. There’s a large fleet of small outdoor tables to enjoy the weather but be prepared for the bustle of construction work along with the usual street chatter. Fresh orange juice is super refreshing. Toasts were good, and I appreciated the bottle of olive oil and napkin dispenser on each table. Ask about their daily cake.

Decoration and the theme is so cute and stylish (Definitely Instagram worthy) with nice music. However... service is not as good as the rest. First, we sat on the table and no one came to attend. So I had to go to the bar to order drinks. Second, before I say a word, a guy at the bar almost gave me two cups of coffee... And I wanted to order tea. I don't know if they consider this as a "friendly service". But, in my opinion, they should "ask" their customers what they want to order first... Oh, and the spoon that they gave for a tea had disgusting dried chocolate leftover on it.
