Good Food, extremely rude waiter

I came here with a friend. When we arrived, a waiter told us that another table had paid already and that table would be ours once they left. In the meantime, we were placed right next to bins. When the table cleared, we went there just to be extremely rudely told by another waiter that that table wasn't ours but would be given to a group that had arrived after us. We were confused and told him that the table was promised to us by a colleague of his. He told us that it was their choice which group would get which table, and they would get ours because they were more people, so we had to return to stand next to the bins until the next people left. Read if you’re a non-Spanish speaking tourist: This is a local bar and we struggled figuring out how to order food without wifi/limited data. The waiters aren’t very helpful and didn’t try to help us out either (I get it, we are in their country) but a little help would’ve been appreciated when they could see us struggling with the Spanish menu (no English menu). They wouldn’t give us the wifi code either so we had to use our limited, slow cell data to translate the menu.

Truly a locals find, as the staff barely spoke English, no English menu, but showcased the perfect insight to Spanish lifestyle. Everyone was crammed inside and out, standing by bar tables and having tapas. Google translate helped us decipher the menu, and the food was all very delicious and quickly served. What we struggled with was the lack of service, struggled to get the attention of the waiters to place our order, seek another drink or even pay, which took away from the overall experience.
