The worst service we experienced in Seville. The waiters are slow and lack oversight of their tables completely. First we needed to wait for the menu, then we needed to actively waive for 5 minutes until the waiter noticed us to take the order. He was too busy chatting with one of the clients and showing the directions of the city instead of doing his direct job so he didn’t bother coming to us. I needed to go and ask him to take the order. Overall the service was not good. Unfriendly waiter who assigned you the table. No smiling, no proper greetings. We didn’t feel very welcome. Then we waited long for another waiter to place our order. The dirty burger was ok, but nothing special. The amount of fries to the burger was very small. Drinks to the food came much later, so we had to eat without drinking. After our food was brought, no one came to remove our empty plates or ask us if we wanted to order anything else. I loved this place so much, I came back 3 times! Twice I had their food and it was genuinely delicious and filling. I wasn’t hungry for a long time after. Perfect place for breakfast.

All staff were super nice and attentive. But I must mention especially Ricardo (Ricky), who was the best waiter I had during my stay (both there and other restaurants I tried). He is attentive, fast, with a smile on his face (even when I was annoying) and he is very aware of everything that is going on around him. His tables, his guests, everything.
