Pretty bad experience having dinner here. Tl;dr very poor customer service. For any other tourists, mediocre tapas are better than this experience

My partner and I ordered burgers, but only my partner got one. While waiting for my burger the waitress came with a dessert menu telling us that we can order desserts. I told her that I would look at the desserts until I got my burger, as I was still waiting for it. In the meantime I had my margarita (I could not feel any tequila at all whatsoever, I didn't feel I was drinking a cocktail but a mocktail).

My partner finished their burger and I asked about mine. The order was lost. The waitress asked me if I wanted to re-order. I had not enough time to wait for the order to be delivered so I rejected this option. I asked for the bill and told we needed to leave. As the bill never came I went in to pay.

Management (I assume it was management as she was at the counter) called the waitress and asked her about this. The waitress LIED about the order, telling I never made it. Then I told them about the dessert menu, and the manager told me that the waitress thought I finished my burger. It did not make any sense, and I asked how could I be finished if I told her I was still waiting for my order. Next the manager told me that the waitress did not think I ordered, and again I explained how this did not make any sense. Finally the manager said it was a misunderstanding and did not want to discuss further. I feel pretty dumb for paying for a dinner I didn't have, should I have known only half the food would come in I would not have made the order.

The waitress did not only lie, but management did not take us seriously, providing irrational answers. Socked at how this was handled. First and last...

One of the worst restaurants I’ve been to in Spain! After ordering our food my partner and I were met with some of the worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced. My burger and fries came first, and we assumed that my partners would arrive shortly after. 10 minutes passed and he still had nothing, and no one had come past our table for us to say anything. Another 5/10 minutes later our waitress came out offering deserts. My partner pointed out that he didn’t want to order a dessert before his burger arrived and she walked away without a word. We assumed his burger would arrive shortly but still nothing. Our waitress didn’t come back until I had completely finished my burger and fries, my partner once again asked about his burger at which point she told us he hadn’t ordered anything. Despite both of us telling her that he ordered (he even asked questions about the menu as we are vegetarians) she insisted he didn’t order. She asked if he would like to order then, but at that point we had stayed longer than we wished and told her we didn’t have time. Expecting the bill to come quickly after that, we waited another 10 minutes before we decided to go inside. We explained the situation to the senior staff who didn’t believe us, and again insisted my partner hadn’t ordered. When we questioned why he would’ve said he was still waiting for his burger we were told she assumed he has already eaten it. We left incredibly disappointed. The food I received was mediocre and the margaritas had such little alcohol in them we are pretty sure we were...

I booked a table here with a friend for 8 pm. I went for the Pigma burger, which contained a beef patty, bacon, cheese, a fried egg, and their own mayo. French fries were also included along with a dipping sauce of your choice...I chose the 50 burger spread, basically a burger sauce which was quite nice! And all for €14.90. All in all, it was a tasty burger, and the flavours worked well together...I asked for my patty medium cooked, but it came out well done...but I still enjoyed it anyway! The fries were salted to perfection, crispy and light...very enjoyable! To drink, I went for a peach ice tea at €3.90, which also went down well. So, fancy a naughty burger? Definitely give this place a go, as there is plenty of choice here! Service was friendly and the interior of the place is fresh and modern. Only 4 stars as the patty was overcooked and a bit on the smaller than expected side....but review aside, this is a really good...
