La Antigua Bodeguita — Restaurant in Seville

Avoid at all costs, a lovely day was spoilt by this place. Decided to pop in on the way back to the hotel this afternoon only to pay 23 euros including a tip for drinks, only to be unceremoniously kicked off our table and moved to another with mid drink to accompany a lone Australian male. Unsurprisingly they had taken my payment for the drinks prior to being moved. That was poor service enough but then to be chased up the street by a waiter in the area to which we moved accusing us of not paying was unbelievable and extremely embarrassing hence wring this review immediately. If you are a tourist AVOID AT ALL...

Worst example of Andalusian cheekiness. We asked for a handful of tapas, one of them from the board. The ones from the menu were 3 euros but the one from the board was 25 euros. It was half raw fish literally swimming in cheap oil. The other tapas weren't that impressive either. If you want to experiment original Spanish tapas look elsewhere. Don't get hooked by the looks because this place has become mainstream now and they are on the hunt...

Has this place changed ownership? The menu was much smaller, the beers were served in different glasses and there were a few new style tables.
