Taco Bell — Restaurant in Seville

It’s not that the food is not great nor the place is bad The time it takes for an order is sooo sooo long and we had to wait for the food for more than 40 minutes which is ridiculous. So when we asked the sales girl why is it taking long, she said it’s because the fires are cooking ! And this was the first time I was seeing a potato being fried for 40 minutes. So that was day 1. Day 2, we thought we are smart and avoided the fries to get the food faster. This time again, we were given a good surprise and the food arrived after 45 minutes. We ordered on the table and we got it as take away. By the way, we had a great experience in Barcelona and our order was ready in 10 minutes The management should look into it seriously and see what is going wrong in Seville. Clearly severely understaffed the day we were there. They messed up the 2 orders in front of me, then I waited for them to correct mine - did not give me my drinks. Once I was seated I noticed we were shorted a order of fries, but when I went up to try and get the order corrected again, the employees completely ignored me. They would not even talk to me. I just got fed up and left the counter. Without my fries. Not a huge deal, but clearly the staff was unable to stay on top of the orders and even keep them correct. Top that off with the Spanish family with 6 screaming and out of hand kids that they just ran all over and were loud and obnoxious this place can be avoided. My friends and I ordered take out here for a late night snack near closing time. After leaving the Taco Bell we started to look through the bag realized half the order was missing. We immediately turned around and went back in with all the food and receipt. They lady at the register was rude argued with us and said they couldn’t give us our food because they were closing. Even though they still had five minutes till their closing time. My friends and I argued saying we just paid for half an order that isn’t here and as a fast food place they still had five minutes till they closed.
