Universal People Bar de Tapas — Restaurant in Seville

Had a terrible experience , we ordered the chicken skewer which was wrapped in bacon and after taking a bite of it I realised that the chicken was raw. We showed the waiters and they quickly removed the dish from the table and said they would bring out a new one. However, we were rather put off by this experience and asked them not to bother about making it again. They were not understanding or apologetic that we were served raw chicken which could potentially make us sick and when it came time to pay they only took the skewer off the bill and did not offer any sort of compensation. We then just asked if we could get the drinks for free (we only ordered 2 drinks which cost 10€ in total) which we thought they may have offered anyway, but they said they could not do that. All they said they could offer was to take the bread off the bill which was only 1€ and we didn’t even eat any of it anyway, in fact it was still in the packaging. We didn’t want to cause any sort of scene in the restaurant so we were left with no other option but to pay the bill with only €1 off as compensation. My partner and I are both ones to never complain however after this experience we felt the need to write a review to let the restaurant and future customers understand how disappointing this experience was. So the food was really good (we had fried chicken, beef cheeks, grilled artichokes, grilled octopus, patatas bravas), but the manager was really rude. We ordered chicken skewers and they were raw inside (we even took a few bites of it and swallowed the raw chicken, eww). We told her when she came to our table and asked how things were (about 15-20 min after the chicken arrived) and she asked if we wanted her to take it back and recook the same one, and we said no… if she had asked if we wanted a new one, we would have said yes, but she didn’t offer that. Then when it came time to pay, she wouldn’t take it off the bill. She offered to recook the same chicken, and again, we said no, if she wanted to cook us brand new chicken, then fine. She wasn’t understanding that it’s not healthy/sanitary to recook the same chicken. She eventually took it off the bill, but I was about to just pay it and then dispute the bill with my credit card company. I know I can’t expect the service/culture to be the same as other countries, but I do expect cooked through chicken and for it to be fixed in a sanitary manner. This is my least recommended restaurant in my global travels. The restaurateur is a rude racist. The restaurant does not allow tourists to drink drinks bought from roadside cold drink shops. Their bread before meal are centrally purchased garbage and needs to be payed for an additional fee. I don't know if it was because we didn't buy drinks at his restaurant or because we didn't buy his junk bread, which caused him to be very angry. He threw the lemon smoothie I had just bought at the end of the meal, and kept cursing in his mouth. We ended up leaving very unhappy, or rather kicked out by him, because we still wanted to ask him for an explanation. He said it was because we had a bad attitude towards giving him money, but before that he had just rudely snatched the cash from us, and I hadn't even prepared the full cost of the meal. He's a savage fool. He was still criticizing the waitress who served us when we left, and she looked like a Latino. This restaurateur is a pure racist. Please stay away from this restaurant, it and its silly owners will make you unhappy.
