Sea View — Restaurant in Tías

Sorry. Easily one of the worst breakfasts I've ever had in a bar/restaurant. The sunnyside eggs were almost raw - too white as if they were cooked in microwave for 15 seconds. If I had known this, I won't have ordered extra egg. The tomato was from the can, and also microwaved. As were the beans. It was almost shocking to see that they bothered to fry bacon 😂. The orange juice was from can, it felt as if I had been transported to the US where you get those plastic gallons with orange juice.

The service was meh. The polish lady was almost apologetic while asking us how was the breakfast.

The toilet door didn't lock. All in all, not the place to go if you want decent food. Perhaps it is...

Great food and drinks. Saw many people having a berry gin, I’m to young to have alcohol but it looks great. The barman “Luke” is very kind. He is always working but will always stop and chat with you until he has to get back to work. He is very friendly and doesn’t mind if you want to bring in ice cream from the small supermarket beside.

Food is great. We never got a true meal but we did get snacks and the chips and wedges are great.

They have a great range of foods and drinks and the whole place is super clean and toilets are spotless.

Atmosphere is great and staff are lovely. Always room for a tip...

Nice friendly staff, excellent fish meal. On the downside had to wait 40 minutes for the meal, I guess it was just one of these days so I've not marked it down for this. It would have been five stars if they hadn't served my meal on a slate. We've been using plates successfully for at least a couple of hundred years, so why replace it with a slate which is clearly less functional in a couple of ways?
