We got the 11.80€ menu del dia and it was more than worth the already reasonable price. The bean soup with quail and venison with potatoes and mushroom sauce were very nicely seasoned, the first delicious Spanish food I've had in my two years in the country. The paella was quite nice as well, though the small clams were a little challenging and left some shell fragments so eat with caution. And while I'd skip the chocolate cake, their vanilla ice cream is delectable. The service was also great. Our waiter seemed to be the only employee working at the moment, so it wasn't rapid service, but he was more efficient than I would have expected, extremely nice, and kept refilling our bread basket. Read moreIt confirms my experience to no longer believe the reviews you read when choosing a restaurant. This one is slow in service, very much overpriced and quality wise comparable to places in Spain where you buy a pizza for 3-4 Euro’s. Here the prices range from 11-15 Euro. Food was served with 5 minutes in between for our table of three. The gnocchi was cold with a hot sauce on top. And the pizza flat in taste. The spicy sauce did have spices, but not the hot taste you expect.
It is easy to go to when you are in the center, but that’s the most positive I can say. Spend your money in another place is my recommendation. We did finish our food,...
