Mexi Mundo Restaurant — Restaurant in Torrevieja

We came in for lunch on Saturday only 2 people eating no problem, they were eating their starter when we sat down. We ordered our food, and our starter came out 10 minutes later, all going well. The other party got their main 5 minutes after having their starter plates taken away. Another group of 2 sat a few tables away from us. We waited over 35 minutes for our main after our plates from our starter plate was removed. When I asked how long we would have to wait the waitress said not long 5 minutes. When again I asked the waitress were our main course was she said if was just coming. I advised her she said 5 minutes 10 minutes ago, she just looked at me and said no that was 5 minutes. When we eventually got our meal mine came first and we had to wait a further 4 minutes for my Husbands., no apology for the wait or reason, The guys who sat near us had there main within 5 minutes if their starter plates being removed. Would I go back never, maybe could understand if they were busy they were not, maybe would understand if we were advised of the problem, we were not. Icing on the cake the waitress calling me a liar when I said we had been waiting more than the 5 minutes she advised. We wasn't offered anything in the way of compensation or an...

We have eaten here many times in the past and it's always been very good. But tonight I had the vegetable fajitas. And the portion I received for 12.50€ was disgusting.

I was actually shocked when it arrived. The best part of the meal was the service. But the food has made me realise there is much better out there. Sorry meximundo but you really need to re-evaluate what your charging for 3 warm tortillas, a handful of veggies and the smallest amount of refried beans and cheese I've ever seen.

Not so good. We arrived around 20:45 after we reserved tables and ordered 21:00 but the food didnt arrive until 21:50. 10 minutes before the restrictions! We stressed and could’nt even enjoy our birthday dinner. Stressed to eat and got kicked out when not even half of the food had arrived. Instead of telling us that they wouldn’t have enough time. They just gave us our drinks for free like it would compensate the ruined birthday and had us pay for everything...
