Second time at this place. I came here for a birthday brunch because my first time was an excellent experience. But not this time. We ordered the American platter, and the tomatoes and potatoes were raw. We even sent the sausage back so they could cook it properly. The service was good, the waitress was kind, even when they couldn't accommodate our requests to change some options in the dishes. Huge disappointment that they do not serve hash brown potatoes. Nice that they offered free glasses of water as soon as you're seated. And wouldn't come back because the pancakes, the highlight of the menu, were dry.
