I have read lots of great reviews about this restaurant. We chose it based on other people’s experiences in fact, to celebrate our son’s 18th birthday. The restaurant is nice and there is a vast menu with lots to choose from; Italian wines included. In the end the food was good, especially the antipasto we chose, although a couple of our entrees were mediocre. The one thing that ruined our experience was the service. We had some contact with “extra” staff who were very nice and helpful, however the waiter who was supposed to be taking care of us was awful. We are very polite people and in fact quite easy to please but we felt utterly neglected. We spent a good portion of our time with our heads turned around trying to get his attention as our glasses and plates sat empty. We were in the restaurant for more than 3 hours, with more than 1 hour of that spent waiting for our server to pay us some attention. We are not the kind of people who complain but this was a terrible experience. €200 for 6 people is not outrageous but it is not a cheap evening out either; it is definitely the most we have spent on dinner in our five years in Valencia though, and we have dined Michelin Star more than once. All in all, the poor service from our principle waiter ruined this experience, leaving us feeling ripped off. If I could rewind time we would have gone somewhere else. Sorry to the owners and management who are trying to build a business. That waiter is not helping your cause.

Le Favole feels like a place where families and food lovers can settle in together, relaxed yet just elevated enough for a special night out. We were welcomed with a bowl of briny olives that set the tone, and Gianluca’s genuine warmth guided us through the menu without a hint of rush. The chicken Caesar salad was easily one of the best I have tasted in Europe, crisp lettuce, generous Parmigiano, and tender grilled chicken that kept its flavor to the last bite. Pizzas stole the show, especially the burrata and pesto combination, a bubbling mix of creamy cheese and bright basil that had everyone reaching for another slice. The five-cheese pizza balanced richness without feeling heavy, and the warm focaccia vanished as soon as it hit the table. A complimentary limoncello arrived to finish the meal, zesty and just strong enough to leave a pleasant kick. Between the thoughtful service, standout pizzas, and an atmosphere that welcomes kids while still feeling polished, Le Favole is an easy pick for a return visit.

Le Favole in Valencia is a gem for anyone craving authentic Italian cuisine. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which perfectly complements the cozy yet vibrant decor. The attention to detail in the food is outstanding – every dish reflects the passion and dedication of the chefs. The menu offers a delightful range of traditional Italian dishes, with fresh ingredients and flavors that transport you straight to Italy. Their pasta is cooked to perfection. I highly recommend trying their house specials – every bite feels like a celebration of Italian culinary art. The staff is attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, making sure your dining experience is nothing short of exceptional. Whether you’re looking for a romantic dinner or a lively gathering with friends, Le Favole delivers on all fronts. It’s a must-visit for anyone in Valencia looking for an unforgettable Italian dining experience.

If you're looking for a delicious Italian dining experience that will leave your taste buds satisfied, look no further than this charming restaurant. I recently visited with my family and we had a fantastic time.

The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the pizza and homemade pasta. The pizza had a perfectly crispy crust, tangy tomato sauce, and was topped with high-quality ingredients that made each bite burst with flavor. The homemade pasta was cooked to perfection, with a satisfying chewiness and rich, hearty sauce that left us all feeling fully satisfied.

While the lack of a kids menu was a small disappointment, the attentive and accommodating staff more than made up for it by providing options that were suitable for children's preferences.

In terms of atmosphere, the restaurant had a cozy and inviting ambiance with warm lighting and tasteful decor. The service was friendly and attentive, and our server was knowledgeable about the menu and able to provide helpful recommendations.

Overall, I would highly recommend this Italian restaurant to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience. With delicious food, welcoming atmosphere, and excellent service, it's sure to be a hit with everyone...

A very popular spot, with a big terrace with playground next to it outside.

We started with fried fish and veggies, which was OK, but nothing special, and a bit expensive for 19 euro for such a small portion.

The pizzas were very good.

The pasta with lamb was good but again not spectacular, and a bit oversalted, which is a shame. I never understand this: i can add salt, but can not remove it from a plate.

Service started out well and nice, but then just left the empty plates from the starters on our tables and served the main course, for which there was almost no space, which made it even weirder that they would not take the empty plates. After waiting and trying to get someone to come for some minutes, we stacked the empty plates ourselves and gave them to a waiter so we could have our mains.

When leaving, nobody said goodbye except for 1 waiter, and the 3 people from the staff at the door just kept talking / blabbing to each other without paying any attention at all.

All in all, a nice place, but it all felt like the staff didn't care so much anymore since they are full always anyway,...
