It’s funny how the OWNER has responded to my review with the same humiliation and ill treatment we received by the bald waiter & rest of the staff present that day. So it’s understandable why the staff lacks customer management skills. Do you expect that I will come back to your below average restaurant? NO! I will make sure to also tell as many people I know to not go there. You can add 50 more fake reviews in a day so that my comment goes down but with your attitude and your low quality food and service you will have more comments like mine. So Enjoy 👍🏽

They don’t deserve even 1 star, service is ZERO, food tastes below average. The STAFF is rude, mannerless & disrespectful, they have no education on customer service. We were attended by a bald waiter who insisted that we order chicken as main plate in our menu. Later, he came and said they are out of chicken and we can order pizza but we need to pay 2€ extra. When I asked them why didn’t you inform this while taking the order he started making a joke of the entire situation in front of everyone that he’s fighting for 2 € and kept laughing on us. So we paid for the drinks and disgusting no flavour Aranccini that we didn’t not even finish and left. This bald guy has no manners, not a slight idea of customer service. Below average food taste. Extremely disappointed from start to finish! We sat here for dinner after seeing the good overall reviews. The beer they served was stale and flat but the pizza was the true disaster. After eating a few slices I noticed a piece of hair in one of them. Not accidentally got on top but it was obviously baked like this. We called the waiter and he pretended not to see it at first but then poked with the knife and the hair appeared longer from under the mozzarella on the base of the dough. He took it away and when we got the bill the pizza was included without saying anything. They didn't apologise, just gave us 20% off. Of course we explained that this is ridiculous and refused to pay the pizza and wanted the bill for the other items we had consumed. The waiter started yelling at us that we already ate some of the pizza, got very angry, threw the card machine at us and angrily left after we paid the remaining bill. This is extremely unacceptable. Not only the hair inside the pizza but the attitude as if we had done something wrong. I would not be writing this review if they kindly apologised and handled the situation gracefully. Delicious meal (tuna carpaccio and fresh ravioli) and attentive service - my waiter was called Anderson & genuinely looked after me when I was dining alone one night. So why three stars? Well after the brilliant meal, a few days later I brought my husband back for lunch. Same waiter, same menu - quite the difference. Firstly it took about 25 minutes before we were even brought menus. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy - but the waiters were hanging out at the bar, chatting rather than serving! I ordered the melanzane parmigiana and my husband had a steak. The steak was mediocre but my aubergine dish was uneatable - tough, dry and awful. I had one bite and didn't eat the rest. When the waiter came to pick up the dishes, he asked was it all ok? I said NO. It wasn't nice, I told him. So he asked if I'd like something else, but I didn't want that - it had been sunny when we sat down but it had taken almost an hour by then and the sun had moved on and we thought we should to.
