We ordered the Valenciana Paella. It was very good, with rich flavor and quality ingredients. I wouldn’t consider it the best in all Valencia, however. I was so upset with the way we were treated by the staff that it made it difficult for me to enjoy the food, which was disappointing. We went there as a recommendation from our hotel concierge, they helped us with reservations. When we got there, they sat us on a table right by the kitchen door in the working area and walking path. I asked to be seated somewhere else, my second option was outside the toilets. If you saw the size of the place and the fact that the place was empty when we arrived, only two other tables were taken, you wonder if this was done to discourage us from eating there or what. I asked about other tables but was told they were ALL reserved. We ate and when we left the place was still barely busy. Most tables were still unoccupied. Our waitress was also extremely dismissive. Needless to say, customer service is NOT their strong suit. As I speak fluent Spanish, I know language was not...

Read moreMy friends and myself went to this restaurant the very last minute and we were welcomed by Flavia, a nice waitress who really took the lunch to another level. She entirely explained the menu and we decided to pick patata bravas as a starter and two paella, one Valencian and one with sea food. Both were delicious with my preference towards the seafood one. Throughout the lunch, Flavia had been checking over to make sure we were enjoying our paellas. At the end, along with desserts, she also offered us some chupitos and they also were great! Great food and EXCELLENT service. Thank you...
