668 Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Colombo

We visited as a group, and one of the servers came to take our order. He didn’t write anything down, and when we asked him to repeat it back, he got it wrong. We had to go through the entire order again. After waiting nearly an hour, only part of the food arrived. When we followed up, he told us it would be another 10 minutes. Twenty minutes later, we asked a different server, only to find out the rest of the order hadn’t even been started because the original server never passed it on.

We also asked for a cold Coke and he said they didn’t have any cold ones, so we asked him to put one in the fridge and bring it later. We reminded him a couple of times, but still had to ask three times before we finally got it.
