Cosmopolitan — Restaurant in Göteborgs Stad

I was curious about the Cosmopolitan restaurant in Goteborg, but unfortunately, the first plate I received wasn’t up to standard – the flavors felt flat and the dish didn’t seem fresh. When I mentioned this to the staff, they responded quickly and kindly, offering to replace the dish. Even though the first impression wasn’t the best, the staff handled the situation professionally and the final dish was excellent. Went here for some drinks after dinner on New Years eve. Really friendly staff and they make really good drinks.

The main bartender deserves a gold medal. He had the rudest customer ever at the bar. She complained about everything and started screaming and acting like a lunatic. The bartender handled it with respect, and was so calm. It was the rudest and most obnoctius woman I have ever met, and all the customers reacted with shock about the way she talked to the bartender.

More of a café than a restaurant really. Ugly decoration with blue cold lights and on top of that also a bit of draft from the windows adding to the cold feel of the place. The interior decorator must possess almost no skills whatsoever.
