They didn’t let us eat there because we where with a kid (4 years old). As soon as the waitress saw us with him she began to give us excuses, like “we don’t have space for the stroller”, we told her don’t worry we will leave it outside, she told us that this wasn’t possible and that they didn’t have high chairs for kids, we don’t need high chair for a 4 years old… but still… she gave us excuses instead of being clear and telling us directly that they don’t admit children.

The cocktails where lovely (maybe a bit to easy to drink), and the interior theme inside deffenetly made you feel like you where visiting an Italien restaurant in NY sometime in the 40s-90s... The waitress was friendly but very busy, watching her juggle orders and drinks was great fun but had to be stressful for her. Deffenetly a place I plan to visit again.

Personalen var oerhört vänlig och tillmötesgående, redo att erbjuda rekommendationer från menyn och svara på frågor om maträtterna. Vi valde att prova husets specialitet, och vi blev inte besvikna. Maten serverades snabbt trots att restaurangen var välbesökt, och varje rätt var både vackert presenterad och utsökt tillagad. Ett extra plus var den imponerande cocktailmenyn, där bartendern gärna delade med sig av sin kunskap om olika drycker och hjälpte till att hitta något som passade alla i sällskapet. Det enda jag skulle önska är ett något bredare urval av vegetariska alternativ, men de som fanns tillgängliga var både innovativa och smakrika. I stort sett levererade Farelli’s en minnesvärd kväll med fantastisk mat och service. Definitivt värt ett besök om du befinner dig på Avenyn och söker en kulinarisk upplevelse utöver det vanliga!

We came in as a group of 15 people — 6 adults and 9 girls aged 15–16. Some of us ordered individual dishes, while others wanted to share a large pizza. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the waiter didn’t want the girls there. He was outright rude, making comments suggesting they weren’t ordering enough to be welcome at the restaurant.

His attitude was unprofessional and made the young guests feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. While we were there, another similar group came in, and the waiter practically threw them out for the same reason — not ordering “enough.” It was shocking to witness.

This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially in a place that presents itself as family-friendly. We won’t be returning, and we wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone expecting...

Waited for pizza and a burger for 1&1/2h. When the waiter ( not our, very friendly waiter, but another) came over with exactly same order we thought it was ours. Unfortunately it was the table besides order, that came half an hour after us. When I remarked it I got a VERY aggressive response from the guy who served it. Teaching me how it works. Never been approached in such a way from a person 30 years younger than me. This person DO NOT belong in a service job.. This is not acceptable. Especially the aggressive approach from the waiter. Our guy super friendly though. Never been approached so bad before. Ever. This guy needs a serious talk from his boss. For sure. Be humble when your guests wait for a pizza for 1&1/2 and are...

Unprofessional staff and rude owner - don't waste your money here.

Had booked a table, waited 15 mins to be seated but no staff took any notice of us. Drinks and food arrived on irregular schedule. One of us didn't get her main course, and when informing the staff it turned out they missed the order completely. No apology was given, either when pointing out the missed order or when the food was delivered. When asking for compensation, the restaurant owner was extremely rude and denied our complaint. He added that he doesn't care if he gets bad reviews online, so her it is :)

This place solely benefits from the location. Food is average and prices higher...
