Joe Farelli's — Restaurant in Göteborgs Stad

We came in as a group of 15 people — 6 adults and 9 girls aged 15–16. Some of us ordered individual dishes, while others wanted to share a large pizza. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the waiter didn’t want the girls there. He was outright rude, making comments suggesting they weren’t ordering enough to be welcome at the restaurant.

His attitude was unprofessional and made the young guests feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. While we were there, another similar group came in, and the waiter practically threw them out for the same reason — not ordering “enough.” It was shocking to witness.

This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially in a place that presents itself as family-friendly. We won’t be returning, and we wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone expecting...

Waited for pizza and a burger for 1&1/2h. When the waiter ( not our, very friendly waiter, but another) came over with exactly same order we thought it was ours. Unfortunately it was the table besides order, that came half an hour after us. When I remarked it I got a VERY aggressive response from the guy who served it. Teaching me how it works. Never been approached in such a way from a person 30 years younger than me. This person DO NOT belong in a service job.. This is not acceptable. Especially the aggressive approach from the waiter. Unprofessional staff and rude owner - don't waste your money here.

Had booked a table, waited 15 mins to be seated but no staff took any notice of us. Drinks and food arrived on irregular schedule. One of us didn't get her main course, and when informing the staff it turned out they missed the order completely. No apology was given, either when pointing out the missed order or when the food was delivered. When asking for compensation, the restaurant owner was extremely rude and denied our complaint. He added that he doesn't care if he gets bad reviews online, so her it is :)

This place solely benefits from the location. Food is average and prices higher...
