So I went to this place for lunch, it seemed nice enough for a quick travel snack. I ordered a beer with my food, paid and the server went to pour the beer of choice - a Staropramen - at the grand price of 85kr for less than a pint. It then seems the Staropramen was out so I choose a different lager. After getting my food (which was lovely) I fancy another beer so order the same as the previous one - a Falcon. And pay 74kr. I then questioned the price difference as I’d paid 11kr more for the previous one. I don’t mind the money, but think it’s disgusting service to not be offered a refund when paying more for a cheaper beer and also being really nice about it. I felt pretty silly questioning it but also feel it should have been explained to me at the time of purchase - I most definitely wouldn’t have asked for the refund but been glad of the offer. Now I’m still irritated by this 27 hours later and will just not ever go back. As if they’d care being at a train station… Sad to see service gone downhill so much with this new generation of kids. The girl I questioned it with said she was new so she couldn’t...

The place is not particularly clean. I had a drink there while my friends didn’t and, although the whole bar was empty except for us and 3 more people, the bartender complained that everyone had to get a drink otherwise I was not allowed to sit there. She was insistent about it and said that my friends were taking the seats of other potential customers. We eventually left after I finished and went to grab some food...

Running a scam with common restrooms that overcharge. Just don't order anything to drink as restrooms will cost you more than the drink. 😂. Staff tells you where the restrooms are then the charge 50. When you take the ticket back staff says "Oh, that is normal, we have to pay that too". Oh, right I'm sure you do. In other EU countries this would be illegal to extort employees and deny them restroom breaks...
