Food is amazing and affordable at a fast service time Absolutely 10 billion times better than all those stupid pizzarias who call shawarma "Kebab" which isn't even good Tasty real fresh Italian food is always appreciated 💕 The girl working here appears to be a new employee training, I'd say she's doing a very good job. She forgot my order as they are busy right now with a lot of work few minutes later I Reminded her about my order, she apologized and offered a refund or a snack. I refused the generous offer and instead had faith in the pizza I gave them the benefit of the doubt and sure enough I wasn't disappointed The pizza came after 3 minutes or so The dough felt very fresh not hard to chew and the herbs and spices and tomatoes are all fresh and healthy. The Dining tables are set in a way That's relaxing and atmospheric The cashier counter isn't facing the dining table which is a good design as it doesn't make you uncomfortable when someone is staring at you eating your food. Was first pleased to see that the central station has a new Roman/Italian themed place (pizza al taglio). Also, the sign read 'Espresso Bar' which really got me excited. Ordered two espressi. Out come two cold cups of lukewarm and sour, undrinkable coffee with no crema(?). I go back, get no apology (Swedish service) and get exactly the same thing again, only the coffee is slightly warmer. Really sad..

Step it up, people! This could have been so good. If nothing else, at least aim to be good ambassadors for Italian culture. Will give it another try and if it has improved by then, I'll gladly adjust the rating. Will then also...

Petty poor experience. We had 2 pasta dishes. Definitely not home made pasta. All dishes use the same pasta and they are 100% factory made to MHO. Almost nothing else with the pasta than a thick sauce. I found 1 leaf of coriander and one small cube of something unidentified but that must have been meat. Do not expect a better standard than the nearby...
