Cute restaurant, very clean, has two floors for dining, served counter-style. They have a banh mi counter which was neat as I haven’t seen that yet around the area. I tried to order the combination beef pho with beef balls after seeing a previous reviewer’s photo but either the young polite gentleman didn’t quite get my ask or it was just a no for mixing add-ins. The pho took a decent time to prepare despite no other customers which was a good sign it would be freshly made. The bowl came out quite visually delightful with lots of herbs. While the broth was good, there wasn’t that much that the wider style pho noodles just absorbed most of it. I saw other patrons left the broth so I assume the preference is to eat the noodles only - to each their own. Overall restaurant was good, next time will try...

I also wish there was a way to order some food per piece, like Nam naeng (I think name was) was only possible to order by 3 pieces of rolls. Make make an option to add +1 roll per 20 kr so it will be more filling as a dinner food?

Did not answer the phone for takeaway order. They called back like 10 minutes later, which was too late (I was already at the restaurant then).
Bad and unaccessible information online about the restaurant and its offers. Please make sure the phone number for your restaurant is available on Google Maps and make it easier to see the menu (not on Facebook Photos). Maybe make a website?

Pho Kim, a bit hidden away in a side next to a lot of shopping, offers surprisingly many vegan options with three proteins (seitan, marinated fried tofu and marinated shredded tofu) at a fair price. The menu is rather small, but efficient. You will get your Summer Rolls, Pho and Banh Mi at least. During Lunch between 11:00 - 14:00 even at a -10% discount.
Quality-wise it’s good. Not mind-blowing, but the definitely among the better Vietnamese options. The Banh Mi can be a bit too crispy though, and the Pho portion can be sometimes a bit small. But in the end, Pho Kim is a good option for a quick lunch in the city and one of the better Vietnamese options. Especially considering they are so...
