The tuna tartar and ceviche, as well as steak tartar was amazing but the torpedo shrimp that was suppose to come with habanero mayo tasted just like regulator mayo, just very bland. Some foods are 5-10 stars and some are 3.

Unsure if they had issues in the kitchen but we were 2 couples and on 2 occasions they served one couple all their ordered food, like 3-4 dishes all at once and the other couple got nothing or something small. So one couple kinda ended up watching the others eat for a while.

We ended up looking at the menus on our phone a lot cuz we wanted to order small dishes to try different things which seemed to be the concept of the restaurant and ordered in batches but the menus were taken away all the time. I would suggest leaving at least one menu or at least asking if we want to keep one. We didn’t really feel like our waiter kept an eye on us.

And for dessert we ordered 2 coffees, 2 drinks and 3 desserts. First 2 of us got our coffee, after a long while the drinks came, by that time we had finished our coffee. Then we sat there for quite a while wondering if they forgot our desserts. Until a man finally came out and said just “sorry” and gave it to us. And when we finished our dessert they asked if we were finished cuz they needed our table in 20min, like not our fault...

I came to Sweden to celebrate my birthday week. To start, let me say that the infrastructure of the place is beautiful, inviting and cozy. The service was A-mazing, Chantelle (hope I am spelling her name correctly) answer all my questions and was extremely helpful. As for the food - WOW ! One of the reasons visiting this restaurant was to try the Peruvian dishes on their menu. I am a Peruvian raised in the USA and a regular visitor in Goteborg. My boyfriend (whom is a native Swedish) and I ordered: the trio of ceviches, the Chicken Chifa, the Papa a la Huancaina and the choclo. The ceviche was great, the cod was our favorite. The Huancaina was served a bit different - with fried potatoes instead of boiled - and the famous yellow sauce on the side - the combination was great! The STAR of the night was the Chicken Chifa.. WOW WOW WOW I was blown away! having grown up with the flavors of authentic "Chifa" at home this was the closes to the real thing I had ever eaten when outside Peru! Kudos to the chef - which I was told is Swedish - He had indeed master at making the BEST "Chaufa de Pollo y Chancho (that is what we call this dish in Lima)" in all Sweden! - Side note: we are coming back to try the Lomo Saltado......

Me and my girlfriend went there and ordered the tasting menu, and a few drinks. Overall the atmosphere was quite nice, nicely decorated with a cozy wibe. But when we arrived the music playing was quite loud and quite distracting. They did change this later to something more fitting. The service was good waitress was friendly and attentive. The food was a little bit hit and miss unfortunately. The main issue is that the chef seem to love mayo way to much. In some dishes like the maki roll it was subtle, yet leaving you with a not so pleasant mayo aftertaste after each bite, while the Bao Bun with short rib was drenched in mayo to the point I could not even taste...

I had dinner at the Parlour. Arijana was super super friendly to me. A guy I thought he was the manager, guided me to the seat, gave me swedish menu, I was translating the word by phone. She realised that I was translating, and she gave me an english menu, super warm. Besides, I was looking for veggie food and local beer, she was able to introduce me the things above. The uniform of the lady staff was qipao, so gorgeous. She could told the chef to customise the food for me (I didn't request it), she is professional! The decor was great as well.

Vi var 10 st som skulle fira 35 års dag och vi beställde in massor av mat. 3st stora oxfilé plankor varv en av oxfilén kom well down fast vi beställde medium, redan där gick servitrisen fram och tillbaka med köttet för att kocken inte vill ta tillbaka den för att den var stekt i 52 grader , efter detta tog hon tillbaka köttet med attityd och kom tillbaka med kött som inte heller var medium men sa att det visst är det. Denna gången var det alldeles för rött och blodet rann fortfarande från köttet. servitrisen verkade inte själv se att det var för rått fast hon kunde genomföra men resten av gängets andra planka som var medium och där dom va nöjda. Hon tog tillbaka köttet igen tillslut och vi besluta oss för att inte vilja ha rätten alls och beställde inget mer!! Dessutom så var Majsalladen plötsligt mycket mindre portion samt skål än för 2 veckor sedan, riset till köttet smakade gammalt och sunket, sämsta servicen där servitrisen sedan inte ens kom och fråga oss om efterrätt utan bara lämnade oss efter att vi vägra ta emot köttet som inte var tillagat på rätt temperatur. De sluta med att dom tog bort rätten helt men vi gick därifrån hungriga utan vår huvudrutt. Inte nog med det restaurangchefen tog en av oss till sidan och tyckte att vi inte skulle göra en stor grej av det. Värsta jag har varit med om i service håll, då har vi alltså spenderat minst 7000kr för att inte bli mätta plus att vi har ätit hos er 3 gånger inom en månad innan denna kvällen! På bilderna ser ni båda oxfiléerna vi fick där kocken påstod att båda var 52 grader tillagade som medium.

Second time here, and was positively surprised by the change. Was disappointed by the food choice and taste the first time, but this time around it was so good with the menu change! Luckily they have not changed the cocktails menu, as it was great in the first place. Well done! Loved the dessert options, and the chocolate (with a note of rum I believe) one was seriously good, one of the best I've tried. Nice and polite staff too.

Second time here, and was positively surprised by the change. Was disappointed by the food choice and taste the first time, but this time around it was so good with the menu change! Luckily they have not changed the cocktails menu, as it was great in the first place. Well done! Loved the dessert options, and the chocolate (with a note of rum I believe) one was seriously good, one of the best I've tried. Nice and polite staff too.
