The bakery has rather, exceptional pastry, and good sandwiches, but there is more to the full customer experience than having a good product. First, I asked about the Wi-Fi, which was not working, and then, just as I was about to leave 20 minutes later, they decided to restart the router at which point the Internet started working, but I was already at the door. I guess, what irritated me the most, was that I could not decide between a a ham and caviar paste sandwich, the waiter was not particularly helpful in making that decision, but could’ve advised me that the fish sandwich had a bit of a particular taste that I might or might not enjoy.. she didn’t do that. So I took my first bite, and even though I love fish, the paste was just overly salty, and it was so much of it that the sandwich was not edible. I did not insist on being reimbursed for it, but the fact that I was not even offered a discount to take another sandwich, and then greeted with an explanation that “oh, yes, this is a very particular, Swedish thing that foreigners often don’t like” just added insult to the injury. The interior design is modern, but slightly sterile, and the nice sitting area in the front is ruined by the fact that it’s a street with a lot of traffic. The cheesy French chansons that are coming out of the speakers, is something that I am not a great fun of, as it feels a bit tacky. Stockholm is beautiful, but it is not Paris, nor should it try to imitate it, my overall score for the place is as follows: 4-5 for the pastry(with the exception of the dreadful caviar paste) 3-4 for the ambience 1 for the customer service, Hence the...

Big disappointment. This is the last time I will come to a cafe to buy something. Today I ordered an eclair. Firstly, the chocolate decoration on top had nothing to do with chocolate, but it smelled like a refrigerator. Secondly, the chocolate filling was mediocre. Thirdly, it was not choux pastry, any pastry, but definitely not choux pastry. Very tasty croissants. I tried the eclair and the custard ring. Too much cream for me. Choux pastry has its own very pleasant taste and is not felt behind the abundance of cream. That's...
